    One of our a/c units stopped producing cold air. Called in and was told it would take 5 days to get man out even though I had been a member of their yearly program but hadn't renewed my membership because they didn't contact me. Pete their repairman was on time and very friendly. He found that the condenser fan wasn't coming on and thought that it was defective but upon further investigation he found that the fan had cut one of the wires which he repaired. I went to pay for the service call I saw that they were charging me $99 for the minor wire repair. When I asked about it I was told that was a discounted price. When I mentioned that they had been the only company to work on my units and obviously they hadn't secured the wiring properly they took the charge off. I decided to rejoin the yearly maintenance program and Pete called in and they gave me an appointment for today from 12-2. When no one called or showed up I called the office and was told that I wasn't on the schedule but they could send someone tomorrow morning. When I inquired about the appointment they couldn't give me an answer. Disappointed.

    Outstanding service! I called Sanborn’s for a second opinion after another company did a check and quote for my home furnace and AC. The completeness and professionalism of Sanborn’s blows the other guys away. They did an extensive check and service of my entire system, and caught major items the other company did not even mention. Needless to say, the other company is out and Sanborns’s has my personal business from here on out. They have serviced my company for years and always have done a great job. Thank you Sanborn’s!

    Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating is an excellent company. Ken was very professional, polite, explained what he was doing, asked if I had any questions and when I did he called "the boss" to make sure he was giving me the correct information. I have had my A/C & heating system for 10 years and the service has always been top notch. Every service technician always puts booties over their shoes/boots as soon as they enter my house so my floors stay clean. I highly recommend Sanborn's.

    Pete came out for the first check on our new A/C Heater unit installed 6 months ago. He checked the heater out thoroughly & gave us tips to keep it running perfectly. He was very professional, punctual, & friendly.

    Nate, your design consultant was/is professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation. None of my various inquiries were left unsatisfied. I do hope that which ever contractor I eventually choose will satisfy my expectation for a smooth and uncomplicated installation. Complete customer satisfaction IS a universal goal.

    Nick was great. Social while keeping the business end like a true professional. He did a through inspection of my entire system and gave me several options of which way to go from here. He even went out of his way to help me pinpoint a weird vibration in one of my walls when the heater kicks on (nothing to do with the unit thankfully). Thanks Nick, You Rock!

    We had a leak from a condensation line that Sanborn's was were able to come out and fix the same day. The technician was thorough and even removed the damaged pipe piece so my husband can sleep better tonight knowing it was really fixed. Lol. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to call them for all future AC repairs.

    Pete had never been to my house before. He was on time, knew what he was doing. Kept me informed on what he was doing and at the end, he got my A/C working. And he told me that I needed a new system and made arrangements for the new one to be installed next Thursday. He as in all of the people that have come to my house from your company will always be welcome here. My system has worked fine all of these years but both Ken and the other man that started coming here have told me that my system is nearing the end of it's life time. So, I wasn't surprised when Pete told me that it was time for a new system. I am pleased with the service that I get from your company and will continue to do business with you. Herb Spencer

    I received an email informing me that Nick was on his way to my house for a scheduled maintenance appointment. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He donned booties for each entry into the house. He explained his actions and listened carefully to my comments.
