Pete is the BEST technician have had. He fixed a continuing problem that 2 other techs could not fix or said that the adjustments that Pete made to the thermostat could not be done. He was prompt, neat tenacious, knowledgeable and explained things in a cleat fashion. I will specifically request him in the future. 5+ stars

Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating was referred to me when my air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the summer 2 years ago. When they came out, they explained everything to me and provided great financing. Since that time, they have consistently provided superb customer service whenever needed.

We have been with Sanborns forever. My Dad was friends with Jeff Sanborns father. After that Jeffs father took over. Wonderful family operation. Very trustful , great work and hard working knowledgeable employees. (Pete is our favorite)

Jerrod Mitchell was extremely thorough and professional in his approach and execution of the HVAC service and maintenance program. He asked questions about the current performance of our HVAC system and further inquired about any problems, if any existed. He also offered information on continuing maintenance that the homeowner can easily perform to help keep the system running efficiently. Sanborn's provided an excellent new unit and ducting last year and continues with the semi-annual maintenance program. This system has worked efficiently and has saved us about 40/50% of our previous energy costs. I am very pleased with the continued service from Sanborn's and highly recommend them for their HVAC and service programs.

We just had a service done on our air conditioning unit at our house. The technician, Pete M. showed up on time and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. The circumstances were unfortunate since our 12 year old unit was in need of replacement, but I couldn't ask for a better technician. We have used Sanborn's in the past and will continue to use this company for many years to come!
