Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating

I recently bought a new AC/Furnace Aug 2019 from Sanborn's and it is working wonderfully. It's been a real positive experience. All the technicians have been wonderful. They are on time, they explain everything to me and how the process works. the office called me to set up an appt for the first free maintenance. Nick arrived today exactly on time. He checked the furnace in the attic and replaced the filter. He also checked to make sure everything is functioning the way it should. Thank you Nick!. So I have been very pleased with my new AC/Furnace. I hope it lasts another 20yrs like my first one.

Jeremy arrived at my home on 6/10/19 yesterday, Monday morning, as scheduled at 9:00 A.M. Air Conditioning system not cooling; leaking coolant. He explained the issues causing the problem and showed me the readings. He presented the options that are available to fix the problem, without any pressure to select any particular option. I chose the option best for my situation, that would solve the problem and be most cost effective. I was approved for financing right there in my home, while Jeremy was still there. He called and arranged for installment of the new equipment. Tuesday morning 6/11/19 the office staff called and notified me that the technicians were on the way to install the equipment. Shortly after the call Abel and Chad arrived at my home to begin the installation. They were very professional, respectful and efficient. Not only did they install the new air conditioning equipment but they also took the time to install a new smoke detector in my hallway, which I had previously purchased. Everything was left clean and orderly. By 1:00 Tuesday afternoon, it is cool and comfortable.

I will certainly continue to use Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating for future service and equipment maintenance.

I called Sanborn’s yesterday for service. The lady I spoke with explain my two options. Make an appoint for Monday or i could use the emergency service and pay a fee. I used the emergency service and I got a call from a technician. He came this morning on Sunday at 9:00 am and provided excellent service and he kept in communication with a text and a call. Thanks for the excellent service. I found them by just goggling and reading the great reviews I found. I most definently got the service everyone else spoke about.

I am extremely happy with the service provided from Sanborn's. The last two times I have had Nick and he is very efficient. I appreciate the friendly service I always get from Sanborn's plus a forewarning of a possible future problem so I won't be shocked when it occurs. I have a sign in my yard so others may see it and perhaps use your service.

We called Sanborn at the recommendation of a friend. They made us a very prompt appointment and showed up on time. We were very pleased with the service and will use them again. They were very honest about what was required of our system and the probability of the service curing the problem. When the current issues exceeded our budget, Sanborn was able to work with us to get the system running within budget and gave us a game plan for a fix once our budget was more prepared. We were very pleased and look forward to recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

A/C broke on the hottest day of the year, a good 119 degrees. I called numerous emergency a/c repair numbers and the few that even answered told me it would be two weeks before someone could even come out. I call Sanborn's and not only got someone to come out first thing the next morning, a week after that my new a/c was installed. Great customer service! Employee's were all very helpful, considerate and understanding. Highly recommended, I really cannot express how great dealing with this company was!

Anyone in the need of this kind of service should call this company. My personal experience was top of the line. I took advance of their special heating maintenance offer and was served in an excellent way. The technician (Ken) was polite and every time he had to come into the house he slipped plastic covers over his shoes. No "pushing" or sales talk to sell something and just honest and professional service. Also the phone contact with the company was friendly and professional. I even was called and informed again shortly before the arrival of the technician. These days, it is really difficult to find this kind quality of service. 5 stars for me!

Incredible service! My AC went out during the hottest summer on a Saturday afternoon... Their emergency service took my call the following morning and took care of my system at noon. My system was serviced by Kyle who was taking a ton of calls but had a great attitude and explained every step for me. I am pleased with the service but displeased with the prices I had to pay because I failed to check my system before the Summer. My AC is back to full function and even colder after the freeon additive! I definitely recommend if you're in need of fast service.

We could not be more impressed. In the heat of summer they were able to come out quickly, assess our issue, acquire all the necessary equipment(amidst a shortage) and install without a hitch.

These guys did on awesome job on my install. I had a bad situation with another company and wanted to find someone reliable and trustworthy to install am entirely new system, including brand new unit, air handler, ducts, and thermostat. The system layout guy was professional and explained/justified the reason behind why certain equipment was used. He also noted what items could be change and what equipment was essential, and I really appreciated that.

In terms of install, the guys were super professional and very respectful of my wife and newborn baby, taking extra care to avoid disturbing them during the installation. For my system, they had the job done in a day. Over a month later the system works flawless and the install was pretty tidy. In the Inland Empire area, I wouldn't trust another AC company.
