We were very satisfied with the service from Sanborn's. We had our AC serviced. Jerrod Mitchell was very thorough and professional. We feel comfortable now that our AC is in excellent working order. We will contact Jerrod for our future heating service and will recommend Sanborns to our family friends. Thank you.
Always happy with the service from Sanborn's, and all their employees. Jerrod was very prompt, friendly, and extremely patient teaching me how to download the app to use my system from any device. Always recommend Sanborn's to everyone in the Inland Empire, 5 stars!
I needed my AC serviced after it wasn't working for 4 days in the 100 degree heat and the company I typically use wasn't available for a few days. I called Sanborn's and they were available the next day so I scheduled an appointment. I was happy they called back and said they were able to come out the same day. The tech diagnosed the problem to be a blown fuse and capacitor and I was quoted over $500 for the repair ($348 for capacitor and $99 for the fuse plus service call). This seemed high, but I needed the repair done. I called a friend in the AC business and he said this was a very high price for these repairs and it should be less than half that. He recommended I call their office and question the price. When I did I was told they charge standard industry rates for their repairs, and I was offered a coupon deal to wave the service fee and pay $442. I decided to go ahead and have the work done and it was done quickly (in less than 10 minutes). I was still uneasy about the price so I called the company I usually use and they told me their price would be $196. After getting two second opinions from people in the industry I think Sanborn's price was unreasonably high, but their service was great. Both the office and the technician were friendly and professional.
This was my first experience with Sanborn's. Jerrod arrived within the expected time frame. He was very pleasant and personable, and he explained maintenance needs and payment options thoroughly and clearly. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Sanborn's to others.
Our air-conditioning unit went out during early August, and within two hours they were present and within an hour it was repaired. They are our regular maintenance company and have done a fine job over the years. But it was especially great to have such quick response on the weekend when it was in the 90s! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. We couldn’t ask for more!
Sanbourn’s is the best. I subscribe to the annual service to keep my system at its best. I was recently out of town and my air conditioner went out. I called and they were there the next day to assess and repair. Jarrod was unbelievable. He found the issue and corrected in no time. Thank you all so much for great service. I will keep using Sanbourn’s for all my heating and air conditioning needs! You should too.
We just had a tune up done on both of our homes air conditioners. First time using Sanborns and a great experience. Jarrod was thorough and professional and gave helpful tips to keep the units running at their best. I would highly recommend Sanborns.
Peter is great, we've had him out twice. He explains everything, is friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him! However, I am a bit upset that Sanborn's billing charge for literally flipping the circuit breaker (AKA resetting the breaker) was $118. We are on the monthly $16 service plan, and the bill came to $167. I had neglected to check my circuit breaker box to see if the switch had blown (outside exhaust fan wasn't working). SO, that was basically all we needed done. The unit was hosed out as well, but I still think the charge was too high for what needed to be done. Again, I understand that Peter doesn't set the prices, so no complaints with him.
Jerrod was very quick to diagnose the problem. He took the time to make sure the job was done right. He also took the time to teach me ways to keep my AC unit running better and lasting longer. I was impressed with how quick they were to send someone out to solve the problem I was having.
Jarred was very professional and explained things perfectly. I've used Sanborn's on several occasions so I always expect excellent service. Jarred exercised the precautions one would expect during the COVID-19 time. I'll definitely be renewing my service agreement.
