Charged $290 for service call, testing and temp fix. Told would return for $541 labor for warranted $1600 circuit board. My home warranty people were called, $75 to undo the temp fix and were unable to find any problem with the system. Sure feels like I was being scammed, ripped off and/or robbed. I'll let you decide!!!
I contacted Sierra Pacific on one of the hottest days because my AC was not blowing cool air. Initially I was told the next available repair date was one week later. However the receptionist placed me on an emergency list. Within a few hours I was contacted and a repair person out to my house to perform the repairs. The repair person was very professional and explained what the issue the AC was experiencing. Luckily my HVAC still had about 4 months warranty left, labor is/was not covered per the warranty but Sierra Pacific worked directly with the manufacturer for the cost of the parts. I was relieved and appreciative that the repair was done so quickly and professionally.
Long time Sacramento resident and having used many different companies before to save a few dollars - TRUST ME - Sierra Pacific is the best value in town. Don't learn the hard way. We had a major service / equipment install and we were absolutely amazed. I have to shout out a very special individual who is part of their follow up teams - LUIS GARCIA - Thank you so much for the terrific follow up and ensuring our system was just perfect. Do yourself a huge favor and save the headaches - go with the Sierra Pacific TEAM!
I scheduled my annual fall maintenance of my pool solar with Sierra. When I called, I asked if I needed to be home. They said no, not necessary. On the day of the maintenance, of course I wasn't home, and I later found a voicemail from the Sierra tech, that he couldn't do the maintenance because I wasn't there. Now they have rescheduled. Not a very efficient way to do business! That's expensive for a company to send out a service tech to not do anything. I think their office staff needs to be provided with better technology.
I have been using Sierra Pacific for about 12 years now and they have been a great partner. They have installed Solar, Ductless Air and have been providing service twice a year. We are now looking at new HVAC system from them. Looking forward to many more years of great service
I waited a few days so I could experience a few warm days with the new insulation and I am pleased to report, since the installation of our new insulation the A/C has only come on once since the install 4 days ago! Just like the testimonial that led me to take action, we have only been using our whole house fan and shutting the windows in the mid-morning; doing this, the house hasn’t gotten above 75. Normally, our A/C comes on around 9a and will run until close to 8 or 9p when it starts to cool down outside. I don’t think we have ever been excited about cold/hot weather but the house stays so nice and cool and we are so happy with your team and the level of service and dedication. 10-10 would recommend Jason and his team. Everyone was so helpful and a special shout out to Don for listening to our needs and providing excellent service!
Had new solar system installed for our swimming pool ($8775). It has been malfunctioning after just 4weeks. We called the office, one person came to evaluate and told us it wasn’t a service concern but and installation problem and he would have the install dept call us. That was 3-4 weeks ago and STILL NO CALL. Very, very poor service from this company. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Sorry I used them.
