    Replacement of my HVAC system went smoothly and my new system and thermostat and whole house fan all work great. Gab and Blake did a fantastic job! They were professional and respectful of my property and protected my floor and carpets. And cleaned up everything after they were done. I would highly recommend this company and feel that all was done excellently.

    The 4 gentlemen (Luis Rivera, Antonio Aguilar, Brandon Lambert and Luis Moreno) who installed our 'Generac' Generator were awesome! They were extremely professional, hard working, courteous, and just nice human beings. Everything was neatly cleaned up when they finished and they even painted the new piping that ran down the side of the house to match the house paint! I would highly recommend Sierra Pacific for any need that they provide!

    Our Shop Card deal with Costco put Sierra Pacific (SP) and Lennox in our life, a very good thing. Start to finish, SP was superb in every respect. We replaced our entire HVAC and everything was done on time and went quite well. Every human we encountered was professional and courteous, often beyond expectations. Now that we are looking at 100+ temps, I am pleased to report all is running well, and quiet. We were pleased with the cost and are now using the big Shop Card at Costco.

    I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the entire Sierra Pacific team. I had a new HVAC system installed in my Fair Oaks home. Every person I have interacted with has gone above and beyond my expectations.

    The installers Abraham and James were on time and completed the entire job within just a few hours. The quality of their work was excellent, as evidenced by the high-quality marks given by the outside testing company.

    And Paul, who came to do some drywall repair, went way beyond his job to help me replace a smoke detector and fix a squeaky door.

    I am a recent widow - the help and kindness of the entire Sierra Pacific team is deeply appreciated.

    Great company to work with .had a service call for my pool solar fix a small leak four ago they installed. The service technician was absolutely was great when was there made sure I had no other problems. And asked had any questions to be answered. From the person setting up the service day and called day before and service person called when on his way. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work and give a thanks to my service person.

    Our install crew , Juan Maldonado and Owen Rogers, were wonderful! Very friendly, courteous, professional. We loved them. So far, very pleased with the HVAC system. Price was competitive.

    Everyone one I've dealt with at Sierra Pacific has been extremely professional, from the replacement/installation a couple years ago to the regular twice-year checkups. The technicians are polite, competent and willing to explain what they're doing. Highly recommended if you first-class, worry free service.

    Sierra Pacific installed a heat pump water heater in our home in December 2022 (the delay in review is everything to do with us and not SP!). The crew was professional and on time. The electricians, Milton and Edward (if I have their names right) were particularly awesome. There was a equipment issue that caused the water heater to stop a few days after install, and Sierra Pacific sent someone out the same day, Christmas Eve, to get it fixed. Shania was a great point of contact in the office, and got us everything we needed when needed.

    Multiple calls on the same issue without resolution. Advised to buy several expensive parts that did not resolve the problem. Each subsequent technician confirms the previous part wasn't necessary. Most recent found it was all a mechanical issue that required a bit of cleaning and lubrication, but failure to do that previously has ruined some parts. Escalation to service management has been non responsive. I've been waiting a week since last technician said he'd have service manager call. Called them yesterday and still haven't received a call back. Mind boggling lack of follow up despite being long term customer with a maintenance agreement.
