Service Technician demonstrated his competence, job knowledge and a very good job performance. The purpose of the Space Heating System service was accomplished satisfactorily.

First, they came and did the annual inspection of my solar and turned on the system. The tech found a crack in one panel and I agreed to replace. The second tech that replaced the panel found additional cracks in two other panels. He was very thorough and answered questions. I ordered and replaced the two additional panels. All three were still under warranty, making it affordable. After replacing the two additional panels, the tech double checked all of the panels. The system is running smoothly. Really glad the second tech double checked all of the panels - which he didn't have to do. Saved me a lot of money.

I would expect a better service for the price. We got installed a whole hvac system. At first the company looked serious, but after we signed the contract the problems started. It took about two months to have the job completed because they sold us a system with parts that were not in inventory. The workers where very respectful, clean and quick, but they didn’t have the parts available to install and had to come many times to complete small details. Later, a lack of coordination caused the inspection to take several weeks, after several calls from us. And finally, after 2 more months, we discovered (by calling the hers inspection company) that the pg&e rebate, which the salesperson promised us in order to sell us a more expensive system, wasn’t applicable. I would definitely not recommend Sierra Pacific, please save your time and money.

Three years ago Sierra Pacific installed a pool heating system (Solar) to help extend our swimming season for the grandkids. As any installation can go, there were some challenges after installation and they have gone beyond expectations in insuring that the system is inspected and maintained. They have honored their word beyond the written agreements and have shown their quality as a company by their service after the sale. David was just here to do the spring service (we have the Silver Service Plan) and finding a problem with a controller did a full replacement quickly and all is good for an early swim season. From those in the office, the managers and the field staff we have been very pleased.

Upgraded my old main electrical panel that was from the 70's and doubled the power available for my house. There were no surprises on any of the work that would be required for the installation and I knew the final price before they got started. My installers were Milton Arriaga and Eddy Arriaga, both were polite and extremely professional. They thoroughly explained the process beforehand so I knew what to expect. The work was done quickly and the final product looks great. I highly recommend Sierra Pacific.

Sierra Pacific is reliable and the pricing for a complete HVAC system was very competitive. I say these guys are very hard to beat.

Company installed a new solar heating system for our pool. They were neat, efficient, polite, on time and did an excellent job. The crew was careful and polite and the team leader took the time to carefully explain the installation process, kept us updated on progress and carefully and fully explained how the system operates and should be maintained. They were great and I will be using them again for our other HVAC needs around the house. I highly recommend them.

Called on Monday, knowledgeable technician arrived Tuesday and had our aging unit blowing cold air in no time. I appreciate they maker necessary repairs and perform necessary maintenance without pushing a new unit on me at every turn. Thank you for the timely, quality, and personal service.
