I had my entire house made electric. From solar panels to the HVAC and all appliances. They are very good, had a few glitches but they made it right. Jason Hanson is a very caring person as are his employees.

We needed to upgrade the main electrical panel on our 92 year old house. From the initial contact and estimate through the end of the project, Sierra Pacific staff were reliable and clear in their communication. Special kudos to Milton Arriaga and Eddy Arriaga, who are excellent electricians. They arrived on time when they said they would, clearly understood the wiring of such an old home, explained what was going on, and finished the project despite very bad weather in late February. We are very pleased with the quality of the work.

Good clean installation. Asked the right questions to make sure I’d be happy with the electrical routing for new heat pump unit. I worked at home during install and didn’t get disturbed one from noise. Juan and Matt were great to have here.

We had Sierra Pacific install a new HVAC system this past summer. It worked great until it switched over to heat and then it stopped working. At first we had a hard time getting someone out here quickly, but then Sierra Pacific worked with us to figure out the problem and get it up and running again. Adam was great with follow up, gave us his number to call any time and checking in every few days to make sure it was still working and keeping us warm during the cold spell. I think it was a rare glitch w the system but Adam insured us SP would take care of us and replace the system if needed. So far so good 😊

Exceptional service from the first call to completion of install. Staff were prompt,thorough and professional. I would recommend this company without any reservation. Am extremely happy with the outcome.

Sierra Pacific installed a Generac in our home last summer and have been wonderful to work with. Tiffany is always responsive and friendly! This week we called Sierra to troubleshoot a faulty electrical switch in our kitchen and they came out the same day. Sierra’s electricians Milton and Eddy are very experienced and customer-service oriented. We will definitely ask for them by name for any future electrical needs. Thank you for your excellent service!

While not a customer of this business, I did pass one of their "big red trucks" on the road. Please properly secure the items in the back of your trucks, rather than what I saw: a trash can lid tied to a trash can full of cardboard, blowing around looking like both the lid and the cardboard, if not the entire can, are going to catch wind and smack the cars behind you. Not trying to say their work is poor quality, no experience with that, but the figured the owner might want to preempt possible property damage problems.

If you need to replace your HVAC system at a very competitive price, we highly recommend Sierra Pacific. We first initiated the conversation with Costco, knowing that we will get the best price and service without the confusing and complicated sales pitch. The Sierra Pacific Team were very prompt in responding to us and we met with Joji John, their Sales Representative. Joji was a real pleasure to work with and he gave us a very clear and to the point presentation of what Costco / Sierra Pacific could provide. Clearly he enjoys his work at Sierra and is excellent at it. We were able to make a decision on the purchase with confidence. Other Sierra Pacific team members Anthony, Sierra, Maya and Stephanie also provided excellent customer service with scheduling the installation and helping with completing all the necessary paperwork. The installation crew, Abraham, Aurelio and Ross also provided excellent customer service, we appreciated their high level of competency, knowledge and professionalism and the fact that they were willing to work a longer day to complete the job. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.
We are confident that Sierra Pacific will provide excellent service to help maintain our new HVAC in the years to come.

Pool solar maintenance. Had monthly service plan. Cancelled on 11/22, as it was not needed. Still being charged monthly and it’s now 5/23! Awful customer service, and won’t return calls. Service techs are young kids that don’t know what they are doing. Stay away from this company.

Daryl did an excellent job. Showed up on time, was courteous, and professional. Explained everything in detail. When he was performing the service, he saw a small roof leak. He provided notes and pictures for me to use to report to my roofer. That's the type of service that will keep me as a loyal customer.
