    My pool solar was installed a few years ago by Sierra Pacific and it developed a leak. SP scheduled me for a few weeks down the road, bummer, but they put me on the emergency list and got me in 2 days after I called. The fix was quick and the technician was very knowledgeable & professional. Very happy with my system!

    Wow am I glad I went with this company. Got a great deal and huge rebate thru costco and for much less money than competing bids. Top of the line lennox 2 stage heat pump that replaced my 28 year old unit. Their technicians are some the most professional tradesman I have ever hired. Polite, clean, and tremendous attention to detail. Great job

    Last year, we had our AC go out in August during a heat wave. We went with Sierra Pacific to replace it because of their promotion to get a free whole house fan. The installers dumped some kind of white liquid on our landscaping, installed the thermostat crooked, and never installed the whole house fan. We only found out they didn’t install it when the inspector walked through and asked about it. Multiple emails and calls did not resolve this and it really seemed like they just did not give af. We passed on the free maintenance because we just didn’t trust these workers in our home after our experience. I guess our experience was an anomaly based on other reviews, but I cannot recommend this business.

    My home has been tripping continuously due to the heat outside. I had a service call for my main panel and HVAC system. The techs Antonio and his right hand, Erick were very transparent and even fixed some of my outlets that were burnt out during the diagnostic.

    Hannah, Cody, and Ashley were VERY helpful as well. They kept me updated throughout the day as they scheduled me next day when I called in.

    To add, my design specialist, Don, was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and was able to help me through the process of looking into a MPU and a new HVAC system.

    Recently had our HVAC go out. Contacted a few businesses for an estimate on replacement. Sierra stood out, not only on price but on quality too. So much so that we had them install a whole house fan too. The whole experience was smooth and on time. The whole house fan has literally made it so that we rarely turn on the A/C. All those involved in our replacement process were professional and more than willing to explain the process. I would highly recommend Sierra Pacific to anyone wanting and/or needing a HVAC replacement.

    I'm NOT happy with Sierra Pacific! We purchased new windows and a new HVAC unit Oct 2022. We just had warranty work done on most of the windows, and my AC is broken for the second time. Their appts are weeks out, in the meantime I have no working AC and my house feel like a hot box. I've spent 2 hrs trying to call them this morning to get someone out here sooner but all I hear is a recording that says "Your call is in a customer service que, please stay on the line, you call will be answered asap" this recording repeats over and over and over and doesn't stop and no one picks up. Wish I would have gone with a different company! I do not recommend Sierra Pacific for any work.

    Recently purchased a Daikin system from Sierra Pacific and like the overall unit. When it comes to crews installing, you’ll get the good and the bad. Not the ugly. Communication with client is pitiful. I would not say avoid them if you are considering a new system, but expect bumps. Room to improve is the bottom line.

    I have used this company for solar pool heating service for some years and am always very pleased with their entire service. Probably the best part of their service is the quality and integrity of their employees, with everyone I've dealt with going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It's always a pleasure to talk personally with the service person and share some of our lives. Absolutely a great crew!!!

    DO NOT USE SIERRA PACIFIC. My name is Bruce Lomperski and welcome to my nightmare, I have been a long time customer of them, but no longer. About a year ago, our HVAC system went out (which they had installed prior about 12-13 years ago), they came out did a couple fixes(not cheap), but in the end it had to be replace. They sold me a Daikin unit which is like a big mini split, which by the way I had to pay cash, since finance department does not know their own programs. The company they are using only will finance PG&E, not SMUD customers). Installation was a couple days away and it had been in the 100 degrees and was going to continue to be that hot for quite a while. This was a huuuuggh burden on my family and I, but I was given no other options either pay cash or find someone else.
    Unit was installed and then a couple days later they had to come out and fix an issue, then again and again and again. Fixing issue after issue due to installation errors and the techs not knowing the equipment, everyone kept telling me it is new to them they are learning. Finally, they replaced the unit under Warranty, which was amazing and I was happy, the new unit was installed June 15 ,2023 and I am already having issues.
    Yesterday, as soon as the temperature reaches 100 degrees outside (got to 106 or 8 and is supposed to be hotter today), the unit starts to short cycle. Runs for about 15 minutes, then turns off for a couple minutes, then back on, then off and so on. But the compressor unit outside turns on and it takes the full 15 minutes for the inside blower unit to get up to speed / cooling, so all it is doing is blowing hot air.
    I’m so frustrated and at the end of my rope. The company wants you to contact them 1st before posting negative, well I have, so someone needs to do something to fix this issue permanently.

    Sierra Pacific is the best. I had a horrible experience with my AHS warranty contractor. For over 9 months I tried to get my AC fixed or replaced, but finally they installed the new HVAV compressor, but wanted to use my old evaporator coil which I had been advised was a no no. So I contacted Sierra Pacific. I decided to get a new coil and furnace. Their bid was great. The install was done by Gabriel and Blake. Wow, we were overwhelmed by their work ethic, professional bearing, and attention to detail. They kept us well informed during all phases. The system works beautifully.
