Dishonest company
All they want is my money
At the first trouble shooting they said the blower motor is bad and I trusted them so I agreed and let them changed the blower motor and they charged me $1558 for it. After that repaired the system got EXACTLY same error just like before changing the blower motor. At this point the technician said the control board is bad AND if I want to change it will cost me $940 more. They are professional why can they find that problem at the 1st trouble shooting? So I FIRED them. NO MORE SIERRA PACIFIC HOME AND COMFORT EVER!
(I found out later that system control board is called FAN TIMER CONTROLL BOARD and if it bad the fan motor doesn't work and that mean I don't need to change the blower motor that cost me $1558. I learned a lesson)

I had to replace my gutter in the rear of my house and the pool solar had to be temporary pulled back so the installers could do the repairs. Kyle was sent out to take care of our situation on the solar panels. Kyle is the best you could get, period. He knows everything about the solar system. Very knowledgeable in the area. He took care of us the on the first visit and again on the second one, to put the system back in service and test it for any leaks, which there were none. You will be very very happy with this Company and having Kyle come out and service your solar. Thank you, Mike M.

Took awhile (weeks), to have someone get back to me about a bad part replacement. This was for a Home Generator. Once you get someone they are very professional and courteous.

I've been having my HVAC system maintained by Sierra Pacific for the past 9 years and Josh, who came out to do the latest service, was by far the best tech we have had to date. He spent much more time going through the system than any previous tech did and gave me some excellent pointers about my system. Josh was thorough and meticulous and I am going to request him to be our tech for our future services. I hope Sierra Pacific can find more people as dedicated to his job as Josh is.

we first used Sierra Pacific 26 years ago for a new Lennox HVAC system with no problems until today and they are just as good as they were 26 years ago with their products and especially their services. all their techs and sales reps are all A-ONE. kudos to Jaime my sales rep who saved me alot of $$$ and to Nick and Mike the installation crew who came on time and finished on time.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. My 5 pool solar panels that were racked on the ground blew partially off in a wind storm two weeks ago. They came out and wanted about $1500.00 to disassemble them and store them on the ground near my wood rack. Then schedule to later come out and reinstall for another $1500.00 plus. I told them $1500.00 for less than an hours work was nuts. I was told that was how they priced now. I found another company to do it for $600.00.
Also earlier this year I had them bid replacing my SunPower electric solar system that they originally installed 15 years ago. Their bid was $17,000.00 higher than the company I went with.
It seems they really don’t want my business anymore. I won’t call them again.

The customer service is awesome. All the representatives were very responsive and helpful. So far we like our water softener and feel the different.

They installed a full Photovoltaic solar panel system w/battery backup. Very professional and kept me in the loop at all times. Seamless install and state of the art products that will provide us the security of cost savings and never being "In the Dark!" Keeps our internet, well pump, cameras, TVs, refrigerator etc. going when power is out! Great job guys!

We have used Sierra Pacific for years for both our pool solar and HVAC. We had a hot water installed a few years ago and unfortunately it stopped working on Christmas Eve. Because it was under warranty, we had to wait for a response from AO Smith, the manufacturer. After a week of back and forth, we had a visit from Tomika from their design team.

Let me say this, Tomika is the most sincere and hardest working person that I have come across. She went above and beyond to call people and find out why we were still without hot water and how to get it fixed. Two days later and we are back up and running. I have no doubt that this is solely because of Tomika and her work ethic. Thank you, Tomika, for showing me that people do still care about their customers!
