    The team at Sierra Pacific installed solar heating for our pool. From the initial contact to the end of the project, the team was professional, efficient, and the result was installation of a quality product. The cost was reasonable given the value received, and the quality of work was fantastic. I appreciated the level of communication throughout the project. Thanks Sierra Pacific!

    Non responsive to request for service on solar system, even after submitting an online request & making 2 follow up phone calls. 11 days later & no one at Sierra Pacific has contacted me. Extremely disappointing.
    Update 7-5-23: finally got an appt scheduled for today but Sierra just text cancelling appointment. Unacceptable!

    Daryl the technician who came out to start up our pool solar was fantastic! Very professional and explained everything to me. Daryl was very careful on our tile roof while checking each area to make sure all screws holding the solar were tight in addition to making sure everything was still secure on the roof and no leaks.

    Installed generac whole house generator. From start to finish this company was 5 stars. Prompt responses, updates on all aspects of purchase, permit and install. Crew was wonderful, clean and prompt. I will not hesitate to use this company's services in the future. Shout out to team members Luis Rivera, Antonio Aguilar, Brandon Lambert and Luis Moreno.

    Referred through the Costco home services, I thought this would be a more reliable, reputable company. I purchased a new Lennox electric heat pump/ complete package unit and it has been a total nightmare. It took nearly 3 weeks for the unit to arrive and was finally installed on a Monday. Not producing heat, a tech came out on Tues - thought they found the issue. Heat went out as soon as the temp dropped in the night. Wed & Thurs of that week, same thing. Techs came out, seemingly resolving the issue. By Friday, they just stopped coming, sending the rep out to insure that it is in fact NOT working. I've been calling the sales rep, Don, almost daily, he has spoken to the owner, Jason Hanson, and still I have not had my issue resolved. I replaced an old working system for a new non-working one, and nobody seems to know why it's not functioning properly. It's been over a week now - we've had record cold temperatures, so my house is freezing (space heaters running up my electric bill) and there is no urgency on the part of Sierra Pacific to fix or replace. I would not recommend this company for any service - their flyer of the family on the front, freezing in the house with winter coats & hats is exactly what our home looks like AFTER using their service.
    While their employees are all very friendly, the incompetence is appalling.

    A neighbor's tree branch fell 60 feet and broke the pipes for our swimming pool. We needed this fixed right away as algae build-up would ruin our pool if this was not fixed in a timely manner. Sierra Pacific came out to assess the damage and replaced all of the cracked pipes which involved digging out the concrete. They were able to do the work while we are on vacation and upon return it was all fixed and properly working.

    We had the pleasure of working with Sierra Pacific to have a solar attic fan installed. The team of Abraham and Abraham came out and did an amazing job for us. They were friendly, courteous, professional and patient with us as we had a lot of questions. They also removed a very large swamp cooler from the top of our roof and disposed of it as part of the project. They repurposed the existing hole in our roof to install the new attic fan, capped off the old swamp cooler chute and the electrical wires. There was a small hiccup with the replacement shingles for the roof patch, but they were honest and transparent about the mixup and came back out first thing on Monday morning to complete the job (the installation was on the previous Friday). Also, Tomika was the individual who came out to give us the estimate for the project. She was very knowledgeable and also wonderful to work with (she also had to answer a lot of questions). Overall, we were extremely happy with the job Sierra Pacific did for us. We highly recommend their services. And if you’ve been wondering about getting an attic fan, check it out. We are amazed at the difference it has made in keeping our home cool.

    The crew was excellent. They showed up on time. They were very friendly and worked around me while I was working from home. They installed a new electrical box on the wall that was smaller than the original box and asked if I had matching paint. I did have matching paint and a paint brush. The did a touchup on the wall and it looks nice. They are not painters but it was nice to have them paint the wall for me. The installation crew was responsive to my requests. If I did not want a wire or pipe on a wall, they did their best to enclose the equipment.

    The new AC/heater was very loud in some rooms that got too hot after the new installation. They brought some new dampers and balanced the system and it works great. It is also quiet. I did buy the best air conditioner system that I could find and it was expensive. For me, it is better to spend the money now and not have to spend it again for the next 20 years. A quality install makes me confident that the equipment will last for 20 years.

    First of all despite paying a monthly service fee, getting an appointment and follow up took months. Regarding the system installed two years ago they found a problem now out of warranty, but they could repair for a fee. Stated they would follow up in one week and they did not.
    Month later after calling twice there is still a roof leak now visible on the cealing - from the pool solar that they installed along w house solar. Still it has still not been repaired.
    Then we recieced a quote for AC repair $1000(s) more than other quotes. Disappointed.

    The controller board for the back-up generator start-up module had failed - as a consequence all my pool equipment was without power. Sierra Pacific had a technician with a new board at my house within 75 minutes of me calling them. He fixed the problem in 3 minutes. OUTSTANDING RESPONSE TIME in a critical situation!!!
