    Sierra Pacific took down, repaired and re-installed my solar system for pool heat. They were very good, on time, and were able to find other pool system problems that they could not address. They let me know about the other problems, and they are being addressed at this time. Thank you Sierra Pacific Home.

    Friendly management staff at corporate, but careful placing your trust in the technicians/service providers who come to your home.

    After three visits (over a few weeks) the work was done (pictures not sent upon completion), but issues with an iPad during the second visit and forgetfulness after the third visit cost me nearly $1,000 dollars since a 35% discount was unable to be applied. Management offered to refund 20% after I signed up for the annual program, which is laughable considering I would have been an annual member after the second visit, and likely a lifetime member of their program if their service was solid.

    Hard to trust a company that does not honor the word of the people who come to service your home.

    We had a Generac generator installed through the Costco program. The Sierra Pacific team was wonderful through the whole process. They were friendly, timely, provided regular communications…and best of all installed a great generator. The installation team included Luis Rivera, Antonio Aguilar and Francisco Barragan…all were terrific! Thanks to Sierra Pacific..highly recommended.

    Just overall bad service and it takes multiple attempts to get anyone to answer the phone, especially in the service department. After finally getting an appointment and waiting for 2 weeks to have a 20 panel PV system checked, the wrong technician was sent to service pool panels instead of PV. Supposedly they were going to check my account but obviously that did not happen since I do not own a pool. Once again I had to call and listen to the same classical music and could not get through to the service department. I kept getting the excuse of how busy they were but if that busy perhaps more well trained staff need to be hired and your phone system should designate different areas for service. Very poorly managed so once you get a PV system installed do not expect much service afterward.

    After 20 years, my solarheart rooftop water heater wood mounts rotted out resulting in roof water leak. Sierra Pacific were “Johnny On The Spot.” The solar unit had to be completely taken apart and put back together with new metal mounts. Their workman, Andy, did an outstanding job. The saying, “If the job is worth doing, then it has to be done right” is a quote easily applied to Andy. He was careful, detailed and precise throughout the repair. No longer have a leaky roof.

    Terrible treatment and shoddy cleanup. First of all, Sierra Pacific installed our new AC unit and they are the only ones that have been in my attic for many years. I've not had any issues with them until now. The last time they were up there they made a disaster of my original and blown insulation while tracing out the thermostat wire for an estimate. I noticed this during my every two month inspection of filter and surroundings. I called and set up an appointment to level the insulation once again.
    The person they sent said he didn't do that right off the top. I asked him to leave.
    I was so upset about his claim of not doing it , I called the office and pretty much got the delays, transfers, runaround until I reached the customer service. I was ready to cancel my plan. She guaranteed me there would be a person come out and fix the insulation, no questions asked.
    Another person came out. We went up and I showed him all of the pot holes, insulation disaster. He starts to work his way the same direction as the first couple of guys did, all the while saying things like, oh yea, I see the potholes, oh wow, big pile of insulation here. We talked about how he can stay on one side of the unit and just push the insulation down and rake, so he wouldn't have to step over the AC. He called the fellow who originally did the work while he was up there. After a few minutes he came down and I was shocked at what he had to say. He told me the areas were inaccessible and were not going to be done. He stated that he took care of the spot behind the unit which was easier to get to. I told him I was going up to check it out and low and behold, there was nothing touched, NOTHING! Draw your own conclusions on why he would say he did, and he didn't.
    I have canceled my plan and will never use them again, I suggest you do the same. HORRIBLE

    The first tech that came out did absolutely nothing, lied to me and took my $98. I was furious. Granted, there were dried out rats and droppings from an infestation three years ago and I hadn't been up there since.
    He would not go back in until it was cleaned up. This I did. I understand if he was uncomfortable but it was the lying I did not like. Was able to get another tech out the same day from the same company and he was able to solve my issue.
