Esser Air Conditioning And Heating

For years I have used this company for care, maintenance, and new equipment for A/C and Heating of my residence. My review not only commends the company. I give an outstanding recommendation for Scott, whom I have requested for a number of years. He is thorough in his visits. (I subscribe to the contractual system of 2 times/year.) His standards of inspection are impeccable. I know -- mentioning his name, and encouraging homeowners to request him to serve, might cause a slight change to my scheduling. But, I cannot avoid suggesting him as a member of the great technicians in Esser Air Conditioning And Heating.

I'm reviewing on behalf of my dear neighbor, Audry Castro. Audry had been without A/C for almost 2 months. She has asthma and several cats and was very concerned that she wouldn't be able to get financing or be able to afford to get it fixed. The tech, Wes that came to assess her situation was WONDERFUL. she got financed and is now enjoying a normal temp. Thank you, thank you thank you! Truly a life changing service call

We have been using Esser for over 10 years to do service checks on an old compressor and the technicians sent out are always very honest and to the point. The checks were always completed in a timely matter and they never gave a sales pitch to try to sell a new unit as this was over 17 years old. This unit finally quit and I had them come out. The tech tried and tested everything down to the circuit breaker to see if he could get it working just on the service call price. Turns out it was indeed shot so I had them evaluate our home and recommend a new Trane unit. Just before install, I came down as live far away due to my mother going into the hospital with an emergency situation. The Esser team was fantastic in every way accommodating me having to due this while being at the hospital. David and install crew were amazing and we now have a great new whole system which cools the home at great ease compared to the old system. Always a conscientious company which I know from past with ownership and will continue to only trust them with our HVAC needs. Thanks for making what I thought would be a logistical nightmare a snap. They even had to hire a crane last minute to lift the compressor over the back patio walls. All was done in less time than originally told. Refreshing to still see a well run and honest outfit in business these days!

Tech was very knowledgeable and organized in the manner he quickly diagnosed and corrected the problems to repair my A/C. He clearly explained the charges. He cleaned up his work area. Very pleasant to talk with him.

Repairman Ruben came out within an hour on an emergency A/C call after 5:00PM. Esser will work with me as a veteran to order and get my central air operational since 100 F days are here to stay in the desert.

Our ac stopped working in the evening of a 112 degree day. I called Esser at 7 am and Lester was here at 9:30 and was very polite and friendly and respectful of our house. He diagnosed the problem quickly, returned to the shop to get a replacement part. He installed it and waited to insure system was cooling properly which it was. Thank you Esser and Lester!

Esser installed 4 and 5 ton Trane HVAC heat pump units in our Palm Springs home. Their installers where extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. As promised, they completed the installation in 2 days and we were never without at least one AC unit running. It's too soon to comment on the performance of the Trane units, but Esser gets an A+ for their part. Eric

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Esser Airconditioning and Heating. Prior to the actual appointment I was sent text message reminders (I need all the help I can get in remembering 😄) and on the day of the appointment I was once again reminded of the appointment, given the name of the technician ,his estimated time of arrival and a picture of our technician, Scott.

Scott was a professional from the get go. Upon arrival he stated who he was and confirmed the purpose of the visit. As a new owner he explained the system to us and at the conclusion of the visit he explained the benefits of purchasing a maintenance agreement . There was no hard sell and we are now very happy about our ongoing relationship with Esser.
