As Master Tech Mechanical says itself that it wants to be your one-stop-shop for installation and repair of all your major appliances and HVAC equipment in your home, I let them and haven't been disappointed yet. They have been phenomenal in more ways than one. They installed my HVAC system then came promptly three times afterwards when I called about noises in the system. They also fixed my dishwasher and dryer and every time with a smile and an explanation on how everything works. Everyone in the office to the field are professional, knowledgeable and have a pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend them!

Master Tech is AMAZING! Our air conditioning system went out suddenly and Glenn had a technician at our home within an hour. Unfortunately, our unit was over 25 years old and it would not be cost effective to get it repaired. Glenn and Craig presented several options for us and we chose to buy a new HVAC system all together. We were up and running on the second day!

We have called on Glenn yet again when our water heater went out. He came over at the end of his busy day and assessed the situation and was able to make sure we had hot water for the night and the next morning. He was able to get us a new water heater the very next day and installed it immediately.

Their prices are extremely reasonable and the customer service is excellent.

We highly recommend Master Tech. Glenn and his team are by far the most professional company around and we recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Several months ago we were in the process of moving to a new (for us) home while in the midst of some medical crises. Of course this was also in the early to mid stages of the pandemic. We had issues with our new (to us) double oven as well as microwave. In this traumatic period we were fortunate to have Master Tech on our side. Our principal dealings were with Mike who was always prompt and responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. Apparently between supply chain issues and other factors, he worked with us to find some solutions to complex issues.
We had very satisfactory dealings with other members of Master Tech team including Chelsea, Craig and others. We would highly recommend this Company to anyone seeking great results. This is one of the finest companies we have dealt with in the desert for over 20 years.

Very well ran company. i was very pleased and impressed by their service. I called in for a service appointment and spoke with Chelsea. She was professional, polite and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. A special shout out to Craig, our service tech, who had things fixed and running quickly. Thanks Craig and Master Tech!

We called our home warranty company and they sent Master Tech. We will always request them from now on! They were punctual, responsive, friendly, clean, easy to work with (need I say more?!?!) and fixed our washing machine perfectly. Hire them. They know exactly what they are doing!

I am very satisfied with the entire process, from initial contact to job completion, with my dryer repair. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, punctual and professional. I have no hesitation to use Master Tech again for any home repair they may be able to do.

I had the pleasure of having Tanner and his talent of knowing the problem!! The part needed to be ordered. He told me when he would be back, and he was!! He was very personable and professional!! He took his time to fix the problem and made sure all was fixed before he left!!! Tanner is a great representation of your company!!! Tanner was professional, efficient, and solved my problem in a very short period of time. I had a number of questions -all of which he answered clearly and completely. He was helpful, courteous, and got the job done in a timely fashion. I would use Master Tech service again.

The technicians did nothing but look at a Manuel and then tell me I need a new mother board and it would coast with labor around $600
I declined. That is what a new washer would coast. I had a friend look at my washer before I bought a new one and he rebooted it and it works fine. I wasted $99 for a service call. I would not recommend this company for repairs you will get ripped off.
