Our main air conditioner went out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, a day when the outside temperature was 110 degrees. I called our old air conditioning maintenance company, fully expecting to have to wait until Tuesday to get it repaired. Amanda, the owner of All Valley Air, answered my call and explained that it had recently acquired our old company.

We could not be more pleased with the prompt and excellent service by All Valley Air. Amanda got their repair guy Carlos out within a few hours of my call on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. Carlos immediately diagnosed the problem, got our air conditioning back up and running, and carefully explained the repairs he had done -- all at a very reasonable price. We look forward to working with Amanda, Carlos, and All Valley Air in the future!

Jaime came out and gave me free estimate to replace one of our A/C units. It was an old unit and he was honest and upfront about options for a 20 yr old unit. I had the HVAC company the previous home owner used come out and I couldn’t get a straight answer or a reasonable price from them. We went with All Valley Air because everyone from Jaime to Natalie and Amanda in the office were great to deal with. Fast responses, easy flexible scheduling, Amana products and competitive prices. Would definitely use them again and plan to start a maintenance plan with them as well.

Carlos and Johann just finished improving the air flow in my bedroom and office. They did a great job today and the men who installed the new units also did a great job. I would recommend All Valley Air Conditioning everyday!

Anthony at All Valley Air Conditioning in Palm Desert is a Rock Star!!

He came out at to my place of business (at my request) to check an AC vent and corresponding thermostat in one of my 23 rooms to make sure it was blowing right and that the freon to that particular AC unit was up to snuff, which he did.

Oddly enough, several months back I had replaced the thermostat with a smart thermostat, but could not for the life of me get it to sync with the WiFi..

Many professionals had tried, including electricians, the WiFi company itself, an engineer, and other people with AC and or computer backgrounds, all to no avail-

Anthony made it sync to WiFi with great speed and ease, in just minutes.. needless to say, myself and many others were completely blown away.

He found another unit on the roof of my 6000 sq ft building that needed freon and quickly filled it up.

A small price to pay for peace of mind at the "beginning" of summer.. knowing that I can cruise through the rest of summer with no AC problems of my 8 AC units after a long problem free season.

I would highly recommend this company.

Shout out to Daniel for being a no-nonsense guy. When giving estimates, doesn't try to oversell or bundle unnecessary repairs, just makes suggestions on what's best and offers the best prices in the valley.

Carlos is the man. He came over and worked on my AC. Very professional and fast.

Great customer service. Not a question unanswered or a concern not addressed. You can tell they are honest hard working people at All Valley Air. Thank you for all you do!
