ALL VALLEY AIR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I contacted All Valley Air (AVA) about an A/C compressor move. Jeff came out to scope the project. He thoroughly checked out the layout and made some suggestions for an improved outcome. I was impressed by his professionalism. The project was completed without a hitch and in a timely manner. I have no hesitation to use AVA again.

All Valley Air installed new Heat and Air Conditioner system in our home, replacing the original systems that were over 35 years old. Their extensive knowledge and long experience enable them to overcome all challenges. Their friendly personalities and the special consideration and care they take when working in your home made this project a very comfortable experience.

My AC system started blowing warm air during a heat wave. I called 10 places. Some didn't answer the phone at all, some required that I text, and some had me leave a message.
Jeff answered the phone on my first call, told us he'd come about 3 hours later, showed up at the scheduled time, and not only diagnosed my system, but, knowing what the most common issues people were having, had a stash of the necessary parts in his truck and fixed my system within minutes. Others were just barely starting to call me back and were offering to come 3 days later or have me pay double for a same day visit (they wanted more for the service call than I paid for the whole repair/part included). I can't say enough how relieved I was to have cold air blowing again with 4 panting dogs in the house on a 106 degree day!

They were great. They had a next day appointment but that didn't work for me so I chose a different day, but I was impressed that during their busy season they would be available that quickly. They showed up right on time and found the problem right away, which was a pretty simple fix. They then changed my filter for me with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his crew were amazing! We purchased a new HVAC system. They were on time and professional, performed service in a timely manner and everything was spotless when they finished up! I highly recommend ALL VALLEY AIR & HEATING!!

All Valley showed up super fast, had all the parts I needed and fixed my air in 30 mins!! I was panicking because I was having surgery in a few days and didn’t want to be without air and those guys made it so I didn’t have to worry for a second! The worst at everything they attempt to do. It took them five days to come to my house when they guarantee 24 hours. Didn't do a thing! Blamed my refrigerator not working on the hot days we're having. Rude, lazy and inept. When I explained that the refrigerator wasn't cooling ,he told me to be quiet and shut up. I threw him out. Call someone else! Anyone else!

I had these folks come to my father's to help with a cooling problem. He was able to make a solid assessment which grounded that previous providers were not properly offering a satisfactory standard for care. I now have an outfit that I trust.
