Had my air and heater replaced after I bought my house 21 years ago because it was in efficient. Family Air is the only company to use in Simi Valley. Jerry is a guy that won't rip you off and has superior knowledge about what's best for your house. Very good price,very reasonable. And Eric and Curtis did a superb on install. I Highly recommend these guys. They have it right. Give them an estimate,you will go with them, great company. Very pleased with Family Air. Great company. No rip offs. Jerry was amazing from our first discussion about my HVAC new system to his guys coming out to provide a technical assessment to Jerry providing a very fair quote to earn my business. I went with Family Air for a few reasons - - Jerry was very honest and straight forward in his approach, his technicians are very knowledgeable and honest and lastly, he provided a very fair quote that addressed all my needs. I will forever recommend Jerry/Family Air to friends and family. On the day of installation, his 2 guys (forgot their names) were extremely professional and courteous. As expected, the installation was successful and my Heating/AC needs are resolved.

Jerry and his team recently installed our new central AC system. We had gotten quotes from Family Air as well as from 2 other very highly rated AC installation companies. Family Air was the least expensive of the three. Another thing that recommended Family Air to me was the fact that Jerry was very open and responsive to e-mail communication (great for me since I hate talking on the phone!). I asked him a ton of questions and we e-mailed back and forth trying to find the unit that was the best fit for our family. Family Air had great financing available as well. Jerry was very good about coordinating with us to find a time that worked for everyone and then even sped up the project, finishing up the drywall repair a day early, to accommodate our need to get back in our house. I feel very confident that if we do have any issues with the AC in the future that we will have no problem getting them resolved in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Best ever! Family Air was recommended to me by my Pastor's husband who is a contractor. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The gentleman who came to evaluate the job was an experienced technician who knew exactly what he was looking at. The installers were professional and thorough installed the new unit perfectly. Gerry was terrific and gave me a great price with everything clear and up front. Pricing was best of four bids and was substantially lower than other contractors with everything fair and clear. (Other contractors were ridiculously price gouging and just looked at me and said "$13,000" without blinking, the nerve!). I recommend Family Air -- I would not deal with anyone else. I especially appreciate the fact that they have all the insurance needed to do the work in my HOA community. Thanks again Family Air.

As my wife and I travel for work, Jerry scheduled the work to fit our calendar. The team showed up on time like clockwork. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked clean. I am sure the guy's legs will remember my home after climbing up and down our 2 flights of stairs the entire day. They definitely got their workout but kept a positive attitude throughout.

Jerry and his staff installed new A/C system with new ducts. Can’t say enough at how happy we are! Jerry was very friendly and professional and his installers were very competent.
We had several other companies come before and giver their estimates. We did not feel comfortable with the others. Luckily I did a quick search online and came across Family Air.
