From the start... to make an appt. (office lady was very nice) to the follow-up reminder, to the email AND text that he was on his way to my home. Steven was very nice and professional! I would give 10 stars! I highly recommend First Choice - they should definitely be your first choice!

I did a tremendous amount of research both on vendors and products. I selected First Choice based on feedback and overall responsiveness. They 150% stand behind the products and services they sell. I'm so glad we used them to replace BOTH of our HVAC systems in our home. I would HIGHLY recommend First Choice to all those interested in repair or replacement of their HVAC system.

Silvester was professional and personable. He took the time to educate me to the system that we were thinking about. He instills confidence in choosing First Choice and represents their quality with integrity. I found their pricing on the higher end, but that should not prevent anyone from including them in comparative estimates.
