Champion HVAC

Champion HVAC are great and have been my go to for awhile now. I’ve learned the hard way that you really need to really need to stay on top of your HVAC and AC systems in harsh, hot environment of Palm Springs. Champion have been great with proactive maintenance and also reliable and fast when I need further help. They also installed a new system for me. Professional and friendly — especially my guy Joey. Strongly recommend.

Champion goes out of their way to provide exceptional service. They show up when they say they will and take their time to do the job right. The technicians are very friendly and leave things tidy and clean. I highly recommend Champion to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

We recently purchased a condo in La Quinta and called Champion to inspect our furnace and A/C units. A technician was scheduled for the same day. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He also helped us install a Google Nest upon request. The price was fair and there was no hard sell for additional services. We will use Champion HVAC for annual service and inspections.

Champion HVAC saved the day, after dealing with a different service company who came and made the diagnosis was so difficult to get to come back for the repair, we had to go with someone else. We made a call to Champion HVAC (on Saturday) and spoke with a tech who’s business card we had, which wasn’t even the after hours tech on call, he gave me the info to call the office to get a hold of the on call technician. Next thing I know, he’s the one to come out (on his day off) because the other tech was busy and wouldn’t be able to get us in time. Joel was as professional as could be, came in checked it out and made all the repairs needed. Champion HVAC has a customer for life, thank you for your quick response and professionalism.

Joey was fantastic!! Personable, professional and able to fix my AC unit. And the person who answered the phone was also excellent and cared enough to get someone over to me before the days end. Thank you all for taking care of me on such short notice.

When my existing HVAC system went out just before leaving for a 2 week vacation, Champion HVAC was highly recommended. Mike Ley, the owner, came out the next day which was Friday, gave me a quote, arranged financing, and his amazing crew installed my system on Tuesday! The crew was very respectful of my home and their installation job was beautifully done. I cannot say enough about Mike and his company!! I most highly recommend Champion HVAC!!

Champion hvac was able to get to my house quickly when my air conditioner started acting up in 100 degree weather. Professional technician came and quality work done at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them anytime I have issues with my air.

These guys are great! They provide me regular HVAC maintenance (thx Joey). But with electricty prices going crazy high, i wanted to figure out how to improve my system efficiency. The owner Steven did the initial assessment and saw my 1980 original duct system was not only undersized for my 4-ton AC, it was leaking cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter everywhere in my attic (not to mention the duct insulation was 6+ generations old).

I agreed with Steven's recommendation, and went ahead with a duct replacement (at a very reasonable quote price). His team was scheduled to come within 10 days. The team was on time, ready to work, and finished within the estimated 2 days. There was no mess and no hassle at all. Vincent oversaw the job, and went above and beyond by repairing some holes/gaps he identified in head of the HVAC (outside of the scope of the duct replacement) so the system upgrade would maximize my energy efficient (and with no additional cost to me).

I am very happy with Champion HVAC, and will refer all my friends and family to this great company!

Mike and his Team at Champion HVAC put in an entire new Trane Heat Pump system at my wife's house in Indian Wells. 5 Ton & a 3 Ton. She got 4 quotes total...and not one of the other 3 companies could come close to their pricing and value. Now that the job is complete...she couldn't be happier. The services could have not been any better or more thorough. Strong recommendation for Mike, Vince and their great Team!
