Our AC starting blowing hot air on a 115 degree day here in the desert. Thankfully, I was familiar with Esser AC as we purchased our central air unit from them about seven years ago. I sent a text in the early morning and heard back from them by 7:30 am. The technician, Marco, kept me informed about his arrival time and quickly serviced and repaired the AC. The house cooled off rapidly
and the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Esser AC for the purchase and installation of an AC system as well as for service and repairs.

We have been with Esser for 5 years and have always had great customer service. Chris has been taking care of our A/C and heating unit for several years, always with a smile, patience and very knowledgeable. We purchased a new unit over a year ago and everything went smoothly. Great company!

HORRIBLE! Hired them at the end of May for AC maintenance on a 6 yr old unit. The tech Marco told me I really needed to replace the capacitor which cost $245.00 on top of $88.00 fee for the Maint. I was a bit reluctant but agreed to it because their supposed to be a reputable company? Well guess what...After they did the Maint. my AC unit started leaking water and my ceiling lights would flicker when the unit would switch on?!! This type of thing had never happened until they came out to work on it!! I called them this morning to alert them to what was happening & they sent out a another tech who was supposed to more experienced (Ruben-couldn't even figure out my right address) and he was here 5 min & told me the unit needed to be flushed and that was going to cost $180.00?!! It was just flushed at the end of May?! He said it didn't matter that it had been humid & been over 2 months? At that moment I knew this company was a scam! I was shocked at the price gouging and the terrible customer service. I quickly declined his service offer and was upset. The whole unpleasant experience maybe lasted 10 min and all he could he say was "that's going to be $68.00 for todays service call". Disgraceful company!

AC was running warm on a Sunday and saw that Esser was 24/7. Called and Marco came out within an half hr. Picked up on a very honest and trustworthy vibe not to mention a fair price. Will definitely call Esser again and also recommend to others..

A technician (Reuben) was sent for $68 diagnosis and then charged me $125.00 because he said he had to go on roof for unit which was never mentioned or written before hand , then he said he checked it and said everything was at correct levels it started cooling a bit ten mins later stopped working , called office he was still out front so came back now he told me I needed a motor and blade , if I want it less than 10 days I hv to pay extra , it was 110 degrees every day btw, he said I could hv a portable unit until it arrived one hour later he said his manager Eric said no . The next day I had doubts so I called to hv his manager Eric come they said it was free of charge, this was all during regular business hours. He came and said the motor and blade wouldn’t fix the issue ($1,000 approximately) and I needed new unit he said without looking my breaker had jumped we went and looked and it wasn’t true, then he said maybe a fuse then he said no , I said refund me the difference between the $125 and $68 because Reuben did nothing he said fine . I look they just refunded me $37 instead of $57 and he told office that’s all he’s giving back because it was after hours! He’s just making all of this up , I didn’t trust him that day and this proved his unprofessionalism I’m still arguing with the office over $20!! I bought a new unit from another company that came right out and took care of it the next day after a quick and correct diagnosis. Horrible experience with Esser do not recommend at all!!! I gave them many chances before I wrote this but they gave me no choice.

AC stopped working late at night. Called in around 815 and was given an appointment time around 12-5pm. Ruben the tech called around 1215 stating would be here in ten minutes! Very prompt! Came and fixed my problem within 1 hr and everything was back to working condition! I’m able to not sweat on in my own house in this triple digit heat! Appreciate the work and professionalism ESSERS! That Michael Esser fella is running things smoothly down at headquarters! Again appreciate the work! Thanks again

My A/C decided to die in the summer in the desert. We were miserable. The first company I called told me I had to wait 5 days for an appointment, even though they advertise 24/7 service. Esser told me they'd have someone at my house within the hour. The technician was knowledgable and friendly, and the poor fellow braved the heat for several hours to fix the problem with no complaints. He also managed to fix the problem by replacing a component, as opposed to the entire part, which saved us a good chunk of money. Highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need help.

Called Esser for a service and ended up purchasing a new system due to the cost of the repair. They were fair with us from the very start. I've known this day was coming, I was just hoping it wouldn't be this summer! Either way, their workers were polite, clean and very knowledgeable. Like i said, the experience was overall very good. Thank you for squeezing us in last minute!

Wes arrived at the appointed hour and did a very expedient and professional job servicing our HVAC equipment. He had helpful hints about how we could maximize the performance of our units. He was very careful with moving his ladder through our home, and also made sure that he did not track dirt or dust into the house. We are very pleased with his performance, and indeed we are pleased with all of the service folks that we have met from Esser over the years.

The service cost was very reasonable, and setting the appointment was very easy, and without a long wait. The staff and technician were very courteous and communicated well. A very thorough examination of our system. Definitely would use them again!
