Our landscapers had covered up a vent line for the compressor system. This was causing the system to back up with condensation. The result was intermittent problems with the air conditioning system itself. The service tech quickly identified the problem and was able to repair it quickly and efficiently. Anyone without a lot of experience and knowledge would not have been able to make this repair so quickly as it was not an obvious problem. Esser installed our three main air-conditioning systems and two auxiliary systems. We have been extremely pleased with the performance on the efficiency of these Trane Units. Of course a lot of that performance and efficiency is a result of an extremely professional installation and continued maintenance for systems.

Marco called in advance and was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He clearly explained the services rendered. He also explained to me the annual maintenance contract I could have with Esser which I decided to sign up for. I don’t know, I was very impressed with the speed and timeliness of Essers response and other work performed, as well as the very reasonable cost.

I needed an a/c unit for my garage asap. These guys were responsive: came out quickly when I explained the need, reviewed the area to find the right product and in two days it was up and running. The office, supervisor and the team in the field are knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful about how it should be done. They also arranged for the electrician (Hegge, also great) and waited for his arrival to finalize the product so it would run right away. They earned these 5 stars fair and square— I’m not just star- padding or being nice.

Chris at Esser was great. He located the problem in no time. We have an old system but he was able to locate a replacement part, went to pick it up and had it installed in no time same day. It was nice that I didn't have to schedule a revisit. This is the first time using them. They know what they're doing and would definitely recommend them.

Chris arrived on time and was very friendly and professional throughout the checkup process on my package unit. I really appreciated his recommendation of a surge protection device and the immediate completion of that service. I now feel very comfortable entering into our 120 degree summer weather.

I was pleased with the service received from Louis today! He inspected everything to make sure that my heater is working as it should. He was very courteous and accommodating.

Esser Air Conditioner & Heating is the best experience I ever had with a company they are so professional and make you feel a part of the family not a number. Wes was very professional and took the time to explain our needs. Also I’m very impressed with the owner Michael that took his value time to come to our house before and after the installation process, and even calling us to make sure we are ok. He also did the duct system design and explain to us all the process of the installation. His crew from the beginning to end was excellent and very respectful crew. Matthew, Jason, and Rafael are very hard workers they work very hard the weather was very hot the days they installed the system, and never stop working from beginning to end. Also the owner Michael stop by every day to make sure everything was running smooth. Thanks you guys for all the hard work you did for us. You guys went a extra mile to make everything right. I used this company last year for an AC issue in my Vacation Rental. Chris was quick and efficient late on a Saturday night. I ended up buying a mtce package and using it the past year. Last night (Saturday night) same issue with the AC came up, again Chris was available and prompt getting it fixed. Crisis averted and much appreciated! I plan to continue to use them, it makes a huge difference when you can find a company in an actual emergency and pricing is not outrageous. Great company to work with!
