Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning

I had been using another Bay Area hating & cooling company to trouble shoot my old furnace and it seemed like they never bothered to go beyond the most surface level inspection. Finally after 3 visits we decided it would be best to get a new furnace and we asked them to provide a quote and Atlas. Atlas was onsite first thing in the morning, did a full inspection and delivered a written and very clear quote. The other company didn't get the message I had left, couldn't find the part for repair that needed be ordered and then came in at a higher price and tried to hard sell on the spot. We went with Atlas and we couldn't be happier. They squeezed us in on short notice since we had no heat and a 4 month old. Two guys worked all day from 9-5:30 as there were some really funky and bad setups with the old furnace from the previous Tennant. They took care of all the quirks without complaint and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll be highly recommending Atlas to others.

When our gas furnace failed on a cold day, the repair company I called quoted a new $6,000 furnace to be installed in 3 days. I called Atlas and they repaired it that afternoon for about $500. Good service. I will be using Atlas in the future.

Great company. Did a wonderful and thorough job. Nice people and hard workers. Great union shop. Its nice to have complete faith that the contractors you hire will do a great job no matter what. Even the inspector barely looked at the system once I told them it was Atas who installed it, he said they do a great job.

Atlas was great. Responsive when I called, came on time and educated me about the hvac system and how we should maintain it. Fixed all of our existing issues and left everything clean

Our furnace stopped working and smelled of overheated wiring. Atlas sent someone out quickly, which was good because we were cold. We were expecting to need a new furnace, but the Atlas performance fixed everything quickly and inexpensively. We are grateful.

Their service was quick and efficient. Our repairman diagnosed the problem with our furnace right away and messaged the details of the replacement part to the supplier before he left. Would definitely use them again.

The installers did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, we're careful in our home, and completed the work as scheduled.

The Atlas technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He needed to change our special add-on air filter too - this required removing a closet door to get to it. He was not fazed at all with the extra steps to get the job done.
