Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning

We chose Atlas to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner with a hybrid gas furnace/heat pump air conditioner after requesting a few estimates. The team at Atlas were helpful every step of the way. Aaron, the estimator gave us straight-forward information that helped us decide what we needed and wanted. Scott helped us with scheduling, and the installers, Ryan, Guillermo, and the Erics were efficient, neat, and friendly. Ian provided a quick, expert fix when there was a glitch in communication between the heat pump and the control board. Lila was on top of scheduling final inspections.

We are very pleased with the work Atlas has done for us and recommend them without reservation.

When our heater went out, we contacted Atlas. They were quicker to respond, and they didn't break the bank like the estimates we got from other companies. We ended up going through a friends company due to the deal we got, but I already had it in my head to proceed with them. You can't go wrong choosing this company.

Super friendly & helpful. Had our full HVAC system inspected in our condo. They changed our ion media filter and even found an issue with our Nest wiring. I would use them again and would highly recommend their services

Atlas was very prompt which was so important because I had no heat and it was cold. They received the part the next day and installed it that day. My only problem was the thermostat needed to be replaced. After that was taken care, I had no more problems. Ethel Cooper

Chris from Atlas Heating did a great job repairing my furnace after it had water damage from a storm. Where other companies were talking about replacing the whole furnace (which we put in 20 years ago and should be viable for a while, one would hope) for $8000 to $10,000, Chris diagnosed which parts that replacing, and the repairs came in around $2000. Hooray for honest, hard-working repairmen who are not trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of every job!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Have used Atlas's services multiple times on multiple properties. Will likely use for all my future projects in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties of California.

Aaron from Atlas came to evaluate our furnace & changed the filter & adjusted the furnace. He was very helpful, knowledgeable & kind. A truly terrific company.

My heater wouldn't turn on over the New Year's weekend, so I called Atlas January 2. Lisa got back to me and scheduled service technician Chris to come out to troubleshoot January 3. Chris quickly located the problem and fortunately had the replacement part in his truck. Chris is so experienced, he had the heater up and running in about an hour.
Bob( Atlas' owner), came by and then took time to help me to locate the source of the flooding, then brainstormed possible solutions to prevent future flooding.
The people at Atlas are friendly, helpful, and take care of business. I've worked with Atlas since 2014, and have always been totally satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them!

The service rep came out and assessed the situation and communicated well. They replaced a condensate catch basin and cleaned some pipes that carry condensate out. He was actually awesome and the service was (refreshingly) fairly priced.
