Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning

This company was highly recommended to us from people have used them for years. We had Chris today for service, he was a wonderful, clean, polite guy and did great work! Glad we found the small problem we did before our heater burned out. Also, took time to teach me about some maintenance I should do myself!

Atlas Heating was prompt in scheduling repair of our furnace. When he arrived , Aaron, the repair man, fixed the furnace quickly, completely, and affordably. We will use Atlas again in the future.

They came in and fixed the stuff in an hour. Had other guys who came to check was told its unfixable but Atlas guys fixed it before we know it. Very honest business.

Atlas installed my heating system five years ago . They did a great job. I wish I’d had do central AC installed at that time too, but I didn’t .

Our 35-year-old heater gave up the ghost and because Atlas had installed it, we asked them to come see what was the issue. It had developed a terminal problem that was making it dangerous as well to continue using it. The technician showed us what had broken and in no uncertain terms let us know we needed to replace it. This was during a pretty tough cold snap, so we were in a bind, disappointed, and freezing. But I never once doubted the sincerity and truth of their diagnosis and despite the fact that the time estimated for replacement seemed long at first, it was clear to us that they were doing the 'right thing' in terms of procuring and installing the machine. And it was also became clear to us that heaters are now very complex entities with lots of computer aided functions. Atlas came when they said they would and quickly (at least to me) installed the new heater. BUT IT WOULD NOT 'fire up' and had the initial team baffled as to the cause. To make this long story shorter, it turned out that a computer board part was failing. Then, to all of our dismay, the replacement was also defective and we were still freezing. Ultimately, they were inventive enough to simply 'borrow' the part from another heater in their inventory--putting the customer first. I do not know anything about this crucial appliance in our house, but i never had any indication of hesitancy or remorse or dishonesty regarding their efforts to solve our problem. Needless to say, the appliance was expensive, but our money was well-spent and i give the highest of recommendation for you to use Atlas should you have a similar issue.

I learned about Atlas from online research as well as trusted friends that had work done on their homes. I was going to be very particular given the investment of the project. Word of mouth was absolutely on point here. I was incredibly happy with the work done on my heat pump install. Atlas has an incredibly responsive team from their professional office managers to knowledgeable project manager and finally the key piece to me: the installation crew.
My home is on a steep slope, with a long narrow staircase leading to the yard, and it has a small crawl space. This wasn’t going to be an easy install. But they made it work and were thoughtful with the uniqueness of the space. Nick Reno did our initial assessment and assured us he’s seen all types of configurations and would treat my home like his own and considered aesthetics along with the nut and bolts. They were respectful of covid protocols without me having to ask. They also left the work site spotless.
Re cost: Atlas was comparable to the other bid I received. What tipped my decision to go with them was their warm professionalism and attention to detail.
Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We had such a great experience with both our technician (Aaron) and the office staff at Atlas. Our heater stopped working after Thanksgiving and they were quick to send Aaron out to take a look - he did a great job of explaining what was going on with our older heater and talking us through our options. He was both optimistic and realistic, which helped us make the best decision for us re: how to move forward.

Once the part he needed came in, Atlas put us back on his schedule ASAP (much appreciated since we are due with our first baby any day now). Our heat is back - just in time! - and we look forward to working with Aaron & Atlas for all of our needs going forward.
