Ahmad was originally responsive in April of this year, however after he guaranteed his work he has not responded to come take a look now that my pilot will not light once again. To make matters worse during the initial work he had to return because he did not properly seal the heater and I awoke to the small of gas the next morning. I gave him a chance to fix the issue and he was prompt back then but as they saying goes, fool me once shame on me...I would not recommend him.
