Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning

Have used Atlas for years. Technicians are professional and attentive. They know their stuff and offer sound advice and recommendations. My 50 year old furnace is still kicking thanks to Atlas.

Hello the technician came by twice for two service calls within two weeks. The first time he came by I think he should’ve said something about my ducks whatever problem I have possibly could have with the heating when he came by the second time, but then the two weeks if you told me that my bucks or not in good shape and that my heating unit would probably be going out soon or any more repair.

An outstanding experience from the first telephone contact through the very skilled and smooth installation.The people and the equipment are outstanding. I recommend Atlas Heating MOST strongly!

The installers were on time, polite, thorough, careful. They asked questions. Their installation was neat. They cleaned up after themselves.

Very on-time regarding their schedule, ready to fix any "glitches" with a new, working Thermostat ,, and to return with small adjustments. In the process they found "deeper problems? with a 30 plus year-old forced air furnace, which we have worked around for the moment. Very competent group.

The Tech was on time, very professional and friendly. He explained every step he was taking to assess the problem and then every step and parts needed to repair. Our AC did need a capacitor and another part, both of which the tech had on his truck. He was there and done in under 2 hours. Very reasonable price, especially for the quality of service and time. Feels good to have a company I can trust and call upon when I need assistance with our Heating and AC. Professional, friendly, no nonsense, available, and pricing very fair.

Atlas just replaced our 32-yr-old furnace (originally it was state-of-the-art) with a modern unit that is an amazing improvement in quiet and ability to maintain the requested temperature to an exact degree. The job was done in half a day from removing the old unit to completing installation and careful testing. Cost was less than some other bids and came with the attentive service from Atlas that other reviewers have also described and seems to be central to the company's culture. It was a pleasure to interact with the installers (patient with my questions) and with every person I encountered at Atlas Heating.

We were planning replacement for a while, but suddenly our old unit died completely so we begged for an early install date. There was an understandable miscommunication about the exact date, but to accommodate us, supervisor Kevin jumped in, changed from business clothes to overalls and with a sharp guy named Chris handled the job much sooner than we could have expected.

A furnace is a long-term appliance and new designs are highly complex devices, so reliable warranty service is even more important than what brand or model you buy. The way Atlas performs and the way they treat customers reflects the values of the Tuck family who have operated this business since 1908. I feel confident that Atlas will be in business and stand behind their work for as long as I need.

Replaced old 80's gas fired furnace with new 2-zone heat pump. Added A/C as well. All new ducting, thermostats - basically everything was new.
