Family Plumbing Heating & Air

I have been using Family Plumbing Heating & Air for 8 years now. Not only have they done plumbing for me they also fixed my AC this past Sunday. Doug was awesome and i will always recommend this company to any one.

This is the second time we have contracted Family Plumbing. Darrell spent an hour and a half replacing a failed PRV in the garage. He measured water PSI at 120. The new valve is now functioning at the appropriate 75 psi. He is courteous and professional. Thank you.

Our water heater went out, I shopped online made calls and the prices were all over the place. The services and the companies were as well, ranging from I don't have time to talk to you this is the price! The first guy got out of his van and said $4200.00 we didn't exchange 10 words I thanked him and said bye in about 20 seconds. I can come on this day or that day were other responses. I Contacted Family Plumbing and the owner Dino, got a plumber out in two hours. Steve showed up very personable and explained in detail what needed to happen, and got permission to discount the price. He knocked it out of the Park! Two hours done! Great guy, you earned a client for life! Thank you.

Family plumbing was amazing. They were super responsive when our water heater sprung a leak. Darryl had everything up and running in just a few hours. Highly recommended.

Absolute ripoff. Stay away charged 2400 dollars for 3 hours of labor. Had 2 companies bid today both under 1000.

Darrell was out on 3/20/2019 to check my tankless water heater which had been repaired one month ago by Matt but it was discovered that one of the parts that Navien sent out for Matt to replace was bad so after Darrell checked everything out it was determined that Navien would send out an upgraded part. As usual your employees were great in both instances Darrell was courteous and professional and handled the tech call with Navien without incident. it is always a pleasure working with Family Plumbing and as usual your work is great and prices are always fair.
