Wish I could leave 5 stars and I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but after the 5th time waiting for Darrel to finish the job he started on the water heater, I have no choice. The initial technicians that came out were great and so was the technician that replaced the HVAC unit. But we were PROMISED Darrel would come and finish connecting the water heater…5 TIMES! And nothing. Only received one phone call a month ago why Darrel wasn’t coming and we rescheduled. Today was another let down. No Darrel and no phone call. I had to call and was told they would call back and never did. At this point I see no reason to call. We will have to call another company to complete the job started by Family Plumbing…how disappointing and unprofessional. I would recommend for A/C but if water heater needs to be done and the name Darrel is mentioned, best use another company.

FOLLOW UP: Jorge came out to finish the job Darrel did not. Very nice and professional! Job well done! I am giving 5 stars for the 5 star service given by Nick, Jose, Florencio and Jorge!!! You guys are AWESOME!!!!

Had a brand-new Air conditioner installation and a brand new water heater installation. They came out for the estimate and they installed BOTH the a/c and the water heater the next day. Started at 9am and finished by 3:30pm. Omar, Nicholas and Gabriel (the crew) were you AWESOME. Three young men, very respectful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
PRICE FOR COMPLETE INSTALLATION WAS VERY VERY REASONABLE.
This company is now my go to for any and all HVAC and plumbing needs. I am extremely happy with the work and the price.

Our water heater was mostly providing cold water..... Called and they came out the next morning, to check it out. The tech found an unexpected problem, a very small leak under the control device affecting the heating system, ie will need a new water heater.......
The tech expedited getting a replacement, and installing the new one, in a very difficult location. All this was accomplished in one day, with hot water available by dinner time......
Even with the work being expedited, the quality of the work was excellent. Even with today's prices, I felt the cost was reasonable...... thank you Ron

We were in need of a new pressure regulator. We were able to get a same day appointment and did not expect that at all. Darrell not only replaced our regulator but was able to overcome every obstacle he ran into with determination. We never realized how low our water pressure really was.
Also, in these times of everyone else inflating prices, Darrell was able to work with us to reduce the labor cost due to the price of the unit being so expensive.

Quick, fast service! We called them on Wednesday and we had a new AC by Friday. They were super friendly, professional, and the best prices. We will without a doubt use them in the future! These days it seems hard to find a reliable service company. You are lucky you found these guys! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Cannot recommend this business ENOUGH! What started as a simple call for a clogged kitchen sink turned into fixing things that were long overdue. Darrell was wonderful. The original reason for the call was finished quickly and efficiently (like SUPER QUICK) and since he was here... we asked if he could look at a clogged shower drain. This was long long overdue and when it presented to be a bigger challenge that first glance, he went above and beyond to 1) figure out the best plan to fix it and 2) DID! I don't know how he did it, but its better than when we first moved in and I'm so thankful that he helped us out. I will definitely be recommending this business to any and all looking!

Darrell really saved us! We called him when we ran out of ways to stop the leak in the bathroom our new home. It was so frustrating after 4 days of trying to get this shut off valve to work. We replaced every part possible on this darn toilet to the point it was 10PM at night and the water wouldn't stop gushing out. We had to cut the water line completely and call it quits. We googled a 24hr plumber and picked this company based on availability and reviews. He showed up within an hour took about 20 minutes to fix. Price was reasonable - only charged time & half for coming out late at night compared to a regular call. They even guaranteed it for a year and said if it STILL doesn't fix the issue the payment today would go towards the LAST resort of breaking down the wall and replacing the copper piping. Thank you Darrell! You were so professional and gave us some useful insight.. something new home owners really need. Here's a photo of the mess we were dealing with before we were saved by Darrell. lol

We had a late night leak and after speaking to Dino he had one of his techs here in less than 30 min. When Matt arrived he was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He had our leak repaired and water back on quickly. It’s nice to deal with a company that takes pride in customer service and knowledge of the trade. Highly recommend Family plumbing. Will be calling again in the future when we need them. Thank you again Matt for the great service.

Last week, Family Heating responded to our phone call immediately and sent Florencio and Curt to replace our kitchen faucet, our A/C unit, and our furnace and Heating System. These two gentlemen were very knowledgeable, professional and ready to go to work. Cannot tell you how much we appreciate their help. They left everything spotless and working to perfection. Our most sincere thanks to Family Heating for their expediency and great care in selecting their personnel. We have never had such a good experience.
