We had a blockage in our kitchen sink and we called Family Plumbing and they came out in 20 minutes with no appointment. Super convenient, fast, reasonable prices, great service. Jorge was great and super nice!! He fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again!!

Darrell was wonderful! He was on time, quick with his evaluation and ability to fix the problem. He also helped with a few other items during his visit. I would strongly recommend them for our future plumbing needs.

I have used this company for years- we needed both air units and heater units as our home is 14 years old. They came out, quoted us a price for all units. I knew it was a good price as we used them before. We called our friend that is a commercial electrician to check prices and he said that it was a great price. Dino came out the next day and made sure all the right equiptment came and they put them all in the same day.

Exceptional service! We are selling our home and the inspection report came back with a couple of odd items to fix for the AC and heater, that we had no idea what they were. Matt from Family came within 24 hours of contacting them, fixed the minor problem and a not so minor problem for such a reasonable amount. He listened to us and went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered from the inspection report so our home could close escrow and the new family would enjoy the home without any problems for years to come. The office people were professional and called to let us know timing of his arrival, etc. Overall, we were very impressed and happy with the service and charges. Family Plumbing Heating & Air has been by service provider since I moved to Valley Center in 2004. Their response has always been quick (even on weekends and holidays; isn't that when you always need a plumber!) , professional and competitively priced, if not lower. Most recently, my water heater developed a problem that could have caused a fire hazard. FPH&A put me in touch with Darrell and he was out the next morning with a new water heater. Within a few hours the new water heater was installed with new fittings and plumbing. No repeated trips to a hardware store for tubing and fittings; all those items were in his truck ready to go. And the water heater wasn't in a location that made the job easy. Very good job Darrell, much appreciated.

They are great. They've done big jobs and little jobs at our home and have always been honest, fair priced, and hit the hammer right on the nail when it comes to figuring out the problem. I keep there card in my filer. Darrell is a huge help and patient with us, I recommend him.

Omar, Nicholas, Gaven, and Tye were all so friendly and professional. They provided so much information on the products being used and even gave us their portable AC unit, free of cost, after everything was installed. Can’t say enough nice things about this company and their employees. Highly recommended.

Just had a new air conditioning system installed by Family Plumbing Heating and Air. They are the best! They were prompt and efficient in their work and were real pros. The old system was replaced and a quiet powerful new system was installed and humming in just a few hours. And the price was excellent! Beat any competitors.

This Company is so AWESOME! I wrote a Yelp review but I have to follow through on Google too! This company treats you like family!!! My husband is in Afghanistan and these guys have made sure ALL our air conditioning needs are taken care of, including a grill they had to special order to fit our 55 yr old house, special size not common anymore.
