I wish I could give them 10 stars. This company is super professional and answers quickly. Dino found a open time slot and hint me up sooner. He went out of his way to help me. He sent out Doug to fix our AC and he greeted me like a friend would like he knew you before. He also went out of his way to explain how everything works. He said hey man we ain't out to get you we just want to help people out and fix their stuff. I have two kids and that night without air was brutal but they came out and fixed it. We had a different company come out he wanted to charge us way over the top price. Honest, professional, and great work. Thanks Dino and Doug some good guys.

This company saved us when the motor went out on our blower and we were having a heat wave. 115 in the desert with no a/c was awful! Nick was our service specialist, and he gave us the best service! Dino and Darrell did an amazing job. Had an emergency water fix and Dino was quick to call someone out so I could get water asap to my home. Darrel came out and this guy was awesome. I was quite happy with the service I received from Matt! He did excellent work in fixing two major issues with Spigots! Friendly, good guy, and will be calling again soon for a couple more issues!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and Darrell showed up on time and was great and funny he really made light of the situation which made it so much easier to deal with! Fair pricing and honesty was 100%. We are first time homeowners and we were terrified of what the price would end up being knowing sometimes companies take advantage. Not this company!! Darrell came out 3 times to my home, did a fantastic job every time, super friendly and professional.

In the midst of a nasty hot Temecula summer, our AC unit went out. I called a few places and Family Plumbing, Heating & Air was the only one who answered the phone, made an appointment to have a service tech come out within a few days and actually showed up! Nick was our technician and he was amazing!! He was on time (which is unheard of), he explained everything he was doing and why, in terms I understood, he made sure everything worked prior to leaving, he cleaned up meticulously and was so polite. I absolutely recommend Family Plumbing, Heating & Air.

**DARRELL** Always ask for this guy!! He thought he was coming for a simple dishwasher install! Well it turned into a HUGE nightmare, but Big D took extra special care of us! He had to cut pipes, replace valves, reconfigure the island setup, drill, saw, and more than I even know the names of!! He left the house spotless, he kept us up to date minute by minute as to the state of the install and cost, he was considerate and friendly, my dogs even loved him!! We will for sure be using Family Plumbing and hopefully Darrell, if he is available, the next time we need help!! Thank you so much!! Outstanding customer service and repair/installation work!!

Shower head extension arm broke off. Family Plumbing came right out and fixed the problem.
