I had a leak in my bathroom, and was very satisfied with the service. Omar/Nick came out to do the repairs. They were professional and courteous. Omar was knowledgeable, provided good information & answered all my questions. They did a good job in a timely manner. Highly recommended this company.

Darren from Family Plumbing came out and installed a water regulator as well as alert us of a propane leak. He did a great job and was cheaper than their competitor. Very pleased with the service and quality. We will called them again in the future.

I experienced a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon that caused water to leak into the first floor living space from an upstairs bathroom. A technician was sent immediately to resolve the issue. Thank you to Darrell for quickly detecting the cause, fixing the leak to prevent further water damage, and recommending a restoration company for needed repairs. I had a great experience with the company, which I will continue to use and recommend to others.

I love this company! Best Buy came out to deliver a new fridge. Best Buy workers broke my water valve behind fridge and told me to call a plumber and left in a hurry. I called Family Plumbing Heating and Air after many failed calls to other plumbers, and they were out in a jiffy. I explained to the receptionist that I had all my groceries out because of the refrigerator delivery and was in a panic. She acted immediately and had Darrel come out. He took care of the issue and gave me advice that came in very handy! If I waited for other plumbing companies, my groceries all would have went bad seeming Best Buy didn’t even plug in my fridge. Darrel went above and beyond and I am grateful! I will be using and referring people to them in the future. Thanks SO MUCH again!

We have used Family Plumbing, Heating and Air several times in the past and again recently. Our plumber Darrell presented himself professionally. He was courteous and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issues and did a thorough job investigating all sources that fed into the issue. Darrell shared his knowledge and educated us as to proper care of our issue. Darrell also had a trainee with him the day of our service call and we were able to witness his teaching ability with this young man. Impressive to watch his teaching and interaction with the trainee. The job was completed quickly, replacement parts installed with an expertise which was shared with us.
As much as anyone hates calling a plumber, we are glad Darell was the plumber who came out that day.

Called Dino at Family Plumbing because my AC was not getting cold. He scheduled for Matt to come out and take a look at it same day!!!! He found a refrigerant leak on my copper lines. Matt evacuated the system and brazed it back together and had my house cooled down within hours but it seemed like minutes. Dino and his team are life savers. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My experience was next to none and will def be calling them in the future.

Darrell helped us get out of a bind by repiping under our new kitchen sink. He was reliable, fair and honest. Did an excellent job and was quick to complete the project. We highly recommend this company and will use their service again!

Our hot water heater went out 3 days ago. We called our warranty company "American Homeshield" they took 2 days to come out, arrived on a Wednesday. They ordered a thermocouple said they should be able to install on Friday. I received no communication regarding the replacement part so I called the company dispatched by the warranty company. I was told they were very busy and wouldn't be able to return until Thursday (6 more days) after I complained about not having any hot water for 3 days now and my kids need to be able to shower they were able to change the date to Tuesday. Still not acceptable for our family as that is 4 more days. Our family can't go a week with no hot water. I used Family Plumbing Heating & Air years ago and had a business card, so I called, they were more than accommodating. They were able to come out to repair the part in a few hours. We called them back and instead of fixing the problem we decided to replace the hot water heater they were able to accommodate our change and still come out in a few hours. Darrell arrived on time and changed out our hot water heater. The process was quick and easy. Thank you Family Plumbing Heating & Air our family will once again enjoy a hot shower!! :-)

Elmer & the team did a great job in repiping my home with Pex . Elmer was friendly, professional and completed the job with care . I had other job bids but Quote provided by Family Plumbing was the best considering cost, their reputation , work coverage which also included drywall repair / patch . They also cleaned up the place everyday before they leave as we were staying home during the project . Dino , General Manager chipped in whenever I needed any information including all logistics & setting up to obtain city permit . Overall it was a comfortable ride and I highly recommend Family for any of your plumbing needs

Great customer service and great technician!! My A/C stopped cooling. Called them up and they had a technician out the next day. Julio the Tech. did an assessment on what the problem could be. He troubleshooted a few things in his it would just need a new part. When that was eliminated as a problem it was determined that I needed a new air conditioner. He took the time to explain each of the problems and each possible solution so I could make a decision on what would be the best purchase option. Once I decided that I wanted to get a new air conditioner they took care of everything. I feel confident in my purchase and I didn't feel like I had missed out in pricing with other companies. I'm really impressed on the customer service and attention to detail Julio delivered. Even when they encountered another small problem, they were able to troubleshoot it, fix it, and finish the installation. I now have cool air again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs!!
