We just moved into a new house and needed some things done. Darrell from Family Plumbing came down and did a great job! He was very knowledgable, friendly and resourceful; he was nice enough to give us plenty of advice regarding several things we were not too familiar with. We would definitely use Family Plumbing's services again!

We paid them $175 to turn off our air conditioner because the heater was broken for 6 months they refuse to come out and turn the air conditioner back on they never called when they got any parts in to fix the heater either.
$175 and they won't guarantee their work

Darrell showed up on time during the given window. He listened to my amateur attempts to explain my problem and offered a very cost effective solution. While we waited for some glue to dry he asked if he could check the pressure to my house, as a courtesy. As a repeat customer he offered me a discount which I wasn’t expecting. I have now used this company multiple times and I am very happy
with all the work they have done.

I’ve used this company at least 3 times and every time they’ve been able to come out right away, they’re honest and they do good work. I’d def recommend as there are some really bad plumbing companies in and around Escondido. Ask for Darrell 👍

Last week we called Family Plumbing to come to our house because we had ground up a small glass bowl in our garbage disposal. ( within an hour). Omar, a very competent and friendly technician took out and then cleaned out our disposal in an hour! WE have used Family 4 times before and they have always been honest with their advice and reasonable pricing.

Darrell was very friendly and informative. He was very prompt, arriving on time. He explained in detail , information about my particular situation. I did not need a pressure regulator as I had previously thought. It turned out to be a sprinkler/irrigation system problem and he did not charge me for the visit. I would highly recommend Family Plumbing and Heating as they provide prompt and honest service.

I first spoke with Dino to get things going. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all my questions without hesitation which gave me a feeling of confidence that I was talking with the right person with the right company. He gave the best price for the A/C unit hands down. My installers, George and Todd were also very professional, answered any questions I had, and we're also very courteous. They did a great job. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again for everything guys.

This company truly cares about their customers. The work they do is solid and clean. Darrel has been to my house twice. He gives give great advice to keep my plumbing in great shape and does AMAZING work! These guys are one of the good plumbing companies. Great price, great attitude, and great work! I can’t ask for anything more.

What a man of character, honesty, and true diligence.

Our water heater was on the blink. When Darrell arrived, he patiently answered our endless questions. He came prepared with several water heater parts in case they were needed. He understood we needed hot water!

Yesterday, we had another plumber that looked at our water heater. He said that we needed a new pilot assembly. This pilot assembly would arrive in two weeks since it was being shipped from back east. His second option, he said, was to purchase a new water heater. Our current water heater is only 4 years old! I told him that neither option was acceptable, and I would have to think about what to do. He called back an hour later, stating that he found a pilot assembly that could be here on Wednesday.

In the meantime, I was looking for another plumber. Darrell replaced the defective thermocouple, less than $10.00! His visit was so stress-free and painless. It's like getting your car repaired--I have to believe the mechanic in charge because I don't know anything about car engines!

In conclusion, if you need Darrell, call him. Everyone needs a "Darrell" in their busy lives.

Darrell was very professional, friendly and thorough. I wasn’t expecting such quick service & an opening came through today, so it was really wonderful as my dishwasher when I turned it on and headed to bed last night leaked all over the kitchen floor. He went through the house and adjusted things and and was so helpful, I can’t Thank HIM enough!! Really appreciate his feedback and knowledge. I’d recommend this company as they really CARE.
