Wouldn’t you know that as soon as the temperatures finally started heating up in So Cal, my a/c stopped putting out cool air! I messaged Family Heating and Air via Yelp early in the morning and got an immediate response from , Dino, the owner. We spoke and he sent his tech, Doug, out within the hour. He diagnosed my unit and we went over some various options for repair. Doug was professional, personable, and knowledgeable! He got the job done efficiently and we’re all set for another summer! I'm a Christian and the day before I was noticing a funky smell and my garbage disposal stopped working. I ran errands and two different plumbing trucks drove in front of me for some time. I told the Lord, I dont need a plumber, I have property management.

Well on my way home I'm driving and the big, fun rainbow truck of Family Plumbing pulls up beside me, 40 years in the business, picture of a family. That truck stayed beside or in front of me for 20-30 minutes, enough that it left an impression.

I emailed property management and they said clogs are my responsibility! Well the Lord was right per usual! I knew just the plumber to call, the one the King of Kings personally recommended, Family Plumbing.

I definitely had some anxiety but Darrell came by and did a full inspection, his calm and peaceful demeanor coupled with his years of experience was beyond wonderful. The rate was very reasonable, less than other competing plumbers.

I’ve used family pluming and air twice. They always send courteous and knowledgeable techs. They also come when they say they will. Our sink clogged the day after Christmas and they showed up the morning of the 26th right after we called and fixed the problem. I also used them for a A/C tuneup. I asked for quotes to replace my units and was shocked how much less expensive they were than the majority of companies. What they quoted was a fair price but it seems these days it almost impossible to find companies that are not just wildly ripping you off. So I was very pleasantly surprised when they quoted a price that I knew was fair but wasn’t a rip off. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. I appreciate the way they run their business. They also don’t pressure you which is so nice. The tech came out for my A/C tune up was Gee and he was very professional and easy to speak with. He had a good attitude which is so rare these days it seems.

We called on a Sunday because our AC was not blowing cool air. Julio came over and he was kind enough to wait for us to get home.
He explained to us in detail everything that was going on. No scam, pure sincerity. We got our AC working and running again as normal! 100% recommend this company for having excellent technicians with professionalism and honesty such as Julio. They just gained a customer for life.

First time using our AC as we just moved in in February and it stopped working.the previous owner used this company so I gave them a call. I’m glad I did. Dino was very professional and friendly when I called. Nick came out today and resolved the issue. He was easy to talk to and professional. Very reasonable too. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

The work Jorge did was amazing! He was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Jorge provided clear communication and walked through the house with status updates every day. Not only that, but every day our home was left clean and tidy. The whole house repiping was a big job and Family Plumbing did an excellent job. Thank you!

I was having issues with my water heater. Spoke with a gentleman at the shop who was very helpful!! He sent his tech RILEY out to get the job done. He was very clean and professional. He had to replace my water heater but I was very satisfied with this company. Would highly recommend!!

Gee was very thorough with our Air Conditioning diagnostic. He went from part to part to ensure we were satisfied. He was also very honest and transparent about our personal needs! We have used this company for years!

I called family plumbing and heating because of the great reviews. We had our furnace go down during a cold wave, and the technician came the same day, which is what the 1 star review is for. However, he didn't do anything besides listen to the motor, unplug it, and tell us to call our home warranty. For the $98 service fee, he could have inspected further to find that, in fact, the furnace did not have a dead motor and was still operational. Luckily, we found another company that helped us get our heat back.

I also got a call from family plumbing and heating the next day asking for payment for the "service," but we already paid the technician before he left. I'm not sure what is going on, but we didn't get the same experience as the other reviews. I honestly wish I saved my money by not calling them.

Family plumbing and heating contacted me to make things right. I appreciate their integrity. They sent out a tech named Doug with our refund. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered some questions we had.

Great service! Dino and Jorge helped me out with the water heater installation when my water heater tank started leaking. They were extremely great at assessment, gave me options, and jorge was great at installing the water tank. There was a mold build up and they even helped with the mold and additional cover for the surface for the water tank to be placed on. Easy five stars!
