The technician Chris Hadley has been out a couple times. Always very friendly, efficient and patient. He can be counted on to get the job done and doesnt leave till the job is completed correctly. . He was training a new employee who was also very kind and participated and helped. I am very happy with my service maintenance and with Honeys. They have been awesome to me. Thanks for being a company who cares about their quality and customers!!

We first used Honey’s about 4 years ago when we had them install a new HVAC unit, whole house fan, as well as our solar panels. They have always been on top of their service but this last maintenance appointment was above and beyond compared to years prior thanks to their awesome tech, Justen Mann. He is extremely professional, thorough and respectful in every way - down to his consideration of the fact that we have dogs who aren’t fond of “strangers” and making it easy for me to know where he’d be and for how long so that I could move my dogs accordingly. We are very pleased with him and hope we can request him each time as he made the entire appointment so easy! Thank you, Justen!!

Mr. Art Lopez was fast, efficient and thorough. Did a great job with diagnostics as well as the cleaning of the A/C unit and replaced the air filter.

Very thorough. He explained what he was doing along the way and answered all questions. Did not “rush” through the maintenance visit and advised me of other services that were available to us. Very courteous and cleaned up after himself!!

It began when I contacted them and they allowed me to schedule the first appointment by text message. I'm a busy guy at work and loved being able to text with the customer care department.
EVALUATION: Next up was Jeremy G, who came out for my appraisal/evaluation. He was professional, thorough and detailed in his evaluation and quote. He provided options and was very knowledgeable in the trade.
QUOTE: Now...hear me out. Honey's is not the cheapest HVAC system you can have installed, but the recommended system and the deal they offered was competitive.
INSTALL: The team of three that came out to my house were great. They removed my old system, installed and tested the new system and it didn't even look like they were on site at my house.
FOLLOW THRU: They followed through and made sure I was a 100% satisfied customer. They even completed the paperwork and scheduled my city inspection for me! Fantastic service! Job well done.

Paden came out for diagnostic on my a/c unit. He was friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problems and their recommended fixes quickly and efficiently. 5/5 service. I will be using Honey for future maintenance.
