    With this past weekend being in the triple digits and our A/C going out, Dehart was the only one with available service in the next few days. They were responsive, at tentative, informative, and answered any and all questions I had. Made sure the replacement parts I needed were in good working order and checked everything else out too. Even gave recommendations as to what I would need sooner rather than later. Greatly pleased.

    Jeorge B. showed up in timely manner with positive attitude. Excellent and professional in troubleshooting our HVAC. High quality of work and very respectful of our cleanliness in the house by wearing shoe-cover. Surely we’ll contact DeHart for future HVAC service.

    Mr. Ellis came and turned off our water, I didn't see him perform any tests. Then he went out to his truck and was on the phone for a while. He came to me and said it was our sewer line and it would cost us over $3000 to fix it. I told him I had another plumber coming to also give us an estimate and that I would get back to him. The second plumber came and explained the tests he performed to pinpoint where the leak was coming from. The leak was in our water line NOT THE SEWER!! The cost is going to be less than half of what DeHart Plumbing quoted. If we would have gone with DeHart Plumbing we would have paid a ridiculous amount of money and we still would of had the leak because DeHart Plumbing would have been digging up our front yard looking for a leak that was never there!! So glad I called for a second opinion and someone who knows what they are doing. For a company such as DeHart Plumbing to say they have over 77 years in the business I definitely wasn't impressed with the way they conducted business. Not only was I not impressed but I had to pay them $89 to come out give me the wrong diagnosis along with a ridiculous estimate. Next time I need a plumber DeHart Plumbing will not be the company i call. I feel DeHart Plumbing should refund my $89 for sending out someone who is incompetent and did nothing but take my money and waste my time. Furthermore, I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company. By the way the second plumber that came to my house didn't charged me NOTHING to come out!! I didn't want to give your company a performance rating but you reached out to me twice asking for a performance review.

    I called De Hart based on the referral of a friend because our AC wasn't cooling. They were able to send someone out to do the service check/repair for a reasonable price and on that same day - a Friday! A text with a photo of the person coming to do the service was sent in advance of his arrival. Cory was polite, professional, and friendly. He completed the service in a timely manner and explained everything he was doing. I'm very impressed with DeHart so far & will definitely use them again for our regular maintenance appointments.

    Brian was here today for the annual plumbing inspection. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He answered all my questions, even if they seemed odd lol. I couldn’t be happier with his help today. We’ve always used De Hart and I’ve never had a problem or complaint.

    The technician arrived early. Was very professional. Did a thorough job inspecting the unit before he serviced it. Even gave us advice on how to maintain the unit and get our best use out of it. Even spotted a potential problem that the installers overlooked.

    Jorge was professional, respectful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! He explained in detail what he was doing and how each action would affect the system positively and took extra time to show video details of before/after service. I appreciated his sincerity when discussing options. He even took an extra moment to give our pup attention! I was so impressed with this service that I enrolled in the loyalty program and hope to have Jorge back for scheduled maintenance and repairs when needed.

    I had DeHarts come out to do preventative maintenance on my AC unit, for which I paid $80 or $90. The only thing the technician, i mean salesman did was remove the cover to things like the evaporative coil and condenser to look at them. He did zero maintenance. Then he proceeded to tell me how terrible my system was and about its eminent failure. But for $20,000, TODAY, we could prevent that. You see they have done the maintenance on my system since day one so if it's so bad off that reflects on them. He ask me 37 times if I was purchasing it today. I said no each time. He asked me 27 times if I was financing it, today. I said no each time. At one point the salesman had to ask where the filter was at, he didn't even know. I have a picture of the filter left in my system, you decide if he did maintenance! So he can ask 64 times about me purchasing a new system but doesn't have time to check the filter. DeHarts I want my money back! Every penny of it for a service that was not done. I'm not paying your salesmans salary to hard sell me a new system. People, go elsewhere. DeHarts used to be reputable, but ARE NOT anymore.

    I did the recommended annual check up. He checked a lot of different factors on air conditioner and gave me the results. Knowledgeable and professional. I recommend DeHart Plumbing and HVAC services!
