Wonderful service provided. Richard was intelligent and gave a knowledgeable explanation of planned services, possible costs and the company’s membership program. Phil and Brian came out and installed a new water line and box for our fridge. They were timely, friendly and did excellent work. Service Technician arrived without any tools. Not even a flashlight. Only an electronic handheld device. Within 3 minutes he said that the water heater was bad and in his opinion should be replaced immediately. He said that the service that I prepaid for may cause the water heater to fail. I agreed to follow his advice and he quoted me prices for standard water heater and tankless water heater. He finished the visit up asking if I needed him to come inside and inspect the water fixtures. Now having the outside experience that I just had, I rejected his offer.

Absolutely one of the best companies we have delt with. From top to bottom, every employee has been professional, courteous and punctual. They assessed our aging system that was haphazardly installed by the home builder, scheduled us with a new install, including correct ducting, and man has it made a HUGE difference. Not only has our energy bill gone down, but we are finally comfortable in our own home temperature. Any questions we had were addressed honestly and resolved efficiently. Their maintenance team has checked in on our system, following up and making sure we are running to top performance. We can't recommend DeHart enough.

Isaac was our emergency technician, and was able to fix our problem, getting us on the schedule for a complete repair within 10 days. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to be done, and the reasons why.
