Ben was on time, totally professional, knew what he was doing, gave me some good advise, and pointed out things for me to consider. This was for a twice yearly checkup on my system.
I called them to check on our AC that made a noise. the guy shows up and says everything is ok, except the condensor fan motor needs to be changed, and quoted me $900. I am glad I said no to that. I get another opinion. I find out the motor is about $150 original equipment manufacturer, and doesn't take more than 2 hours max to fix, not even close to a $900 bill!!!!, but that wasn't even the problem. The motor was tested for over an hour, it didn't get too hot and the ampage stayed where it's supposed to the whole time, so it worked with no issues and didn't need replacement whatsoever. what the 2nd person pointed out, was the obvious fact that the unit was clogged with dust and needed cleaning. he cleaned it and unit worked perfectly after that. I am including the picture of the clogged unit that Dehart ignored and tried to get me for $900 for something I didn't need. I hope this review doesn't get hidden.. I don't know how so many good reviews are posted when they work like this. I would stay away from these people.
