Had an excellent experience with Honey's Air. Miguel and his team were on time, kind and courteous. They installed a whole new AC and furnace system. They were professional and any mess made during the installation process they cleaned up. Zach was considerate towards my daughter while sealing duct work in her room. Miguel, Zack, Omar, Luis & Alexis were fantastic performing and installing my whole new HVAC system. They all were very thorough, thoughtful, respectful, neat when installing my HVAC systems. They didn’t take any shortcuts and was very meticulous making sure that they performed top notch for their customers and that they did. They were all so easy to work with and making sure that they listen to customers needs & expectations and they all certainly did just that. They all made sure that they clean up and tidy up all the mess even though we told them it’s okay and that we’ll clean up all the minor mess but yet they all insisted they will do it. Honey's Air & Solar technician, Art, came to inspect my thermostat today. I called them to diagnose why my thermostat was not responding to fan control prompts. Art was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained every step what he was doing and was able to resolve the issue. He made sure i understood what was done and he had me test my system to make sure it was working to my satisfaction. I signed up for their maintenance plan because I was satisfied and impressed with their level of service.

I thought the installation team was professional and friendly. They did a very good job on the installation. I’m very pleased with everything. They got the installation job done in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you and I will refer your company to others!

From the sales rep to the guys who installed the equipment, everyone was very professional. My ac/furnace were over 30 yrs old, being a new home owner I knew it was time to upgrade. I felt the price quote was fair for the amount of work and new equipment I was getting. You don’t realize how bad something is until you get something new to compare it to. My only regret was waiting so long to upgrade my ac/furnace. Very satisfied so far with everything they’ve installed and services they provided

I highly recommend honeys air. I've used their services for many years and have always had a positive experience. In our most recent appointment Nelson Hernandez was very professional and informative. He was on time and after did a great job explaining all that was good and his recommendations. I like the communication the company has leading up to the appointment with texts and calls reminding and confirming the appointment date and time. I am so delighted with the heat pump system installed by Honey's Air!! These are true professionals who know exactly what they are doing. They installed a superior system including the addition of an extra hot air return duct that made a gigantic positive difference in the air flow in my home. I cannot sing their praises enough!! Austin, Kyle and Arturo totally rocked this complex 3 day installation of an entire home's new HVAC system. Honey's Air was the best choice. I interviewed 3 different companies. I am more than pleased with their work, their polite team who respected my home, with carpeting runners to protect my carpets from any residual dirt that removing the old system might generate.
