From start to finish, they were personable, and professional. I really liked that they texted me to confirm my appointments and included the name and photo of the representative who would come to our home. The reps were very kind, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. The sales representative knew a lot about right-sizing a new AC system, never once was he pushy or tried to oversell us. The service technicians who installed the system arrived on time, ready to work. They covered everything from stairs to furniture-they even wore shoe covers. They were neat, knowledgeable, and professional. Before they left, they made sure to test and explain my new unit to me, including how to set up and use the new thermostat. It was an all day job and when everything was installed, I couldn’t even tell that they had been there. They cleaned up everything- and took away the old units. I was very impressed with this family-owned company. At every level, their customer service was stellar. I’m happy we chose HoneyAir and I am happy to refer them to friends and family.

Called last week when we noticed the AC wasn't blowing very cold. Communication and technician showed up when promised (5 stars). The technician was a very nice guy and explained the problem and what the fix would be... single-run and dual-run capacitor replacement (5 star). Cost seemed a bit high but it was past 6 pm and the unit was already apart. I was a bit shocked the next day when I looked up the cost of the 2 capacitors...15 to 30 bucks from most parts sites. With my 20% discount for signing up on the annual maintenance plan I was charged $205 & $215 for the capacitors...OUCH! I get making a profit and all but wow a 500% markup. I'd suggest checking the cost before giving the go-ahead on replacing parts with Honey's Air & Solar. Too bad everything was great until doing a bit of homework. Technician once again was great.

The quote process was seamless. The installation process and timing explained and went exactly as Jeremy said it would. The crew showed up on time, explained everything again. Put down tarps yo protect carpets and flooring. Everyone was very professional, considerate and punctual.

Wow this company is the best! Their techs are super friendly and customer service is amazing. They got to my business super fast and fixed the issues of my hvac the same day. I’ve tried a few companies but honeys air knows their stuff! They are sooooo friendly and intelligent. I will never use anyone else for air conditioning issues or technical support. I just found out they also do solar and will be looking into that next!

Just had our maintenance service for the a/c unit. As usual, Gary was on time, professional and a real pleasure to work with. He did a great job and was very friendly and informative. We are so glad we went with Honey’s to get our a/c unit. They have wonderful since day one. Recommend them to everyone.

I want to check all of the choices. Honey's service technicians are always professional, responsive, and on time. They keep me informed of everything they are doing regarding my HVAC system.

A technician came to diagnose my system and found out there was no freon possibly a leak. and so quick to tell me that I need a new AC system. which cost thousands and thousands of dollars I mentioned the alternatives options. The technician said it was going to cost too much might as well get a New system.. so I got a second opinion from another local technician days later finds out just no freon so he installed Freon and it works great.. Honey's air and solar is so quick to try to sell you a new system without even trying to give you alternate options.. shame on you
