Honey's Air & Solar provided top notch service. Their service agent, Gary, was polite, professional and thorough. He showed impeccable expertise and imparted his knowledge of the heating maintenance service he completed, and included photographs of the service along with guidance for future needs. His customer service skills are very important. More importantly he did not rush to get the service done. I would highly recommend Gary and Honey's Air & Solar for anyone in need of heating maintenance. Thank you!

When our hot water heater went out the office worked hard to get someone out right away. The technician was awesome and was able to get it repaired right away. They are just as responsive with our HVAC system. We've always been very satisfied with the services provided

We really enjoyed the installers. They were very professional, efficient, friendly, and they patiently answered all our questions. They worked well together as a team, and seemed to really enjoy their work. They were careful to consider our home and did all they could to keep the work area clean, and cleaned all before they left. They are great guys, and you are blessed to have them working for you.

Mike Comfort was my technician and I cannot say enough about him. I have used Honey's for a few years and never had a complaint. However, Mike did the most thorough check of any technician I have had.

Have older system was not functioning properly after replacing PC board and thermostat it would come on at random times. Abe came out and knew just what to do and got it going again. Abe was very professional knowledgeable and courteous. Would call them again,

Honeys air did a great job at servicing our AC unit. The tech showed up on time and even sent us a report and photos when he was finished. The only bad part was that he did not put my hose away after using it and left my stuff spread out on the side yard. I had to put those things away when he was done and I hope that doesn’t happen again next time.

I appreciated that Honey’s sent out Patrick on short notice. He was very professional and good about explaining what I needed to know to make a decision about whether to use Honey’s service for a repair. I like that I get an e-mail with the information discussed.

Entire company was extremely professional—from the initial call to express my need for an immediate service all the way to the technician, Art, whom arrived onsite. Art diagnosed the issue quickly and explained in enough detail to make me feel comfortable with the repair.
