Awesome service. Punctual and professional. There was a problem with my installation, not due to them , but the condenser had to be moved the found a solution that made everyone happy and they still completed the job on time.

Frank is very through in explaining everything that goes into finding the problem and how the repair if needed is going to proceed. He’s a valuable employee and Honey’s Air is lucky to have him.

Issues with installation. Vents weren’t closed causing our heating bill to double. They didn’t anchor the carbon monoxide to the wall properly so it kept falling out. The ac was installed and it did not have any Freon. Took days for them to come out to fix their installation mistakes. Frank the technician that recently came out to check the ac was great.

Since having the new unit installed last year they were very professional and courteous at every visit for the maintenance.

Julian was wonderful, polite and professional. As are all the Honey's technicians we've had. Would definitely recommend!
