This was the third time that Wesley serviced my system.
He is very professional and keeps me informed about what he is doing. Last visit he solved a major problem that was making my electric bills sky high. It is great that Honey Air works with me to schedule the repair person I trust.

Very difficult to work with these guys... Had a quote from last year and can't seem to get it updated without someone coming to my home again. No need they have all the info. They said they have to send someone to the house. I said no and they said no too. Why would anyone want to work with a company that is that rigid? They must have a lot of business to turn down a paying customer!
***After reply from Honey... Very Rigid company*** Which usually does not translate to good service when things do not go as well as planned! Buyers beware and look at the competition...

Replaced a water heater. Hopefully my admittedly long review I sent directly to Honey's will make it on their site someday. If they do, grab a cup of coffee because you'll need one. An ideal Sunday morning read. Everything they did from initially setting up the appointment, to sales, to service, to installation and cleanup afterwards was so far & above the accepted norm for many businesses nowadays it was like time-traveling back to the old days of America, the way things used to be. The woman who set up the appointment (name unknown), Steve C., Luis S., and Kayla are outstanding employees. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

I’ve been using honeys sense 2018 and have had no problems and very pleased with there service until now I had a new unit put in my house back in December paid $17000 for this unit and I expected it to be installed correctly the first problem was the company they used to finance my new unit was terrible their customer was the worst I’ve ever dealt with so bad that I just paid the 17,000 so I wouldn’t have to deal with that company not good the second problem we just found out about yesterday. We went to turn on our air conditioner and was getting hot air so we called and they send a tech out today which I’m very thankful for but the problem was my unit wasn’t installed correctly. We we had no S issues with our heater but they wired my air conditioner wrong. This is unacceptable. I’m not happy you know when you pay that much money for a unit expected to be done correctly and mine wasn’t
