Did the routine AC maintenance, right from the get go the guy was trying to sell me on a monthly plan and then started pitching water purification system. For the actual AC service he didnt do any cleaning of the ac unit but just sprayed some water and left all the debris inside. He then tried selling me a new fan on the unit, basically the whole visit was all upseling and not much cleaning. So basically I paid $90 for two cheap filters.

The technician was prompt. He serviced the HVAC system and checked the air filter. In addition, Mike was polite and asked if I had any questions. I am pleased with the service I received.

Here we are 10 years later. Several micro inverters later. 37 panels. And I'm still paying 400$ a month electricity with there solar panels. I pay more than some people without solar. They tried making it right by adding more at there expense. Didn't work. They tried replacing microinverers. Didn't work. They've been out almost every year like clock work for the same issue. They don't work. I disuade everyone I talk to and meet about solar to not use this company or purchase solar in general they have put such a sour taste in me and my families mouth when it comes to solar. My wife and I go out of our way to be sure people know our nightmare. I finally had independent solar companies come out and assess the panels and my usage. Both told me the same thing: they don't work. I have way more panels than I need I should be overproducing. The app and monitoring system doesn't work half the time. It takes weeks of hounding this company to get a response. Avoid this company at all costs and I still say solar isn't worth it

The tech was friendly and informative. The Capacitor was way overprice. Decided to save literally hundreds of dollars and bought the part ourselves from Ace Hardware for $50. I wouldn’t call this company back just because of the mark up on parts. Seems unethical.

Honey's Air & Solar is a great place to do business with. Over the past few years I have purchased a heater/ac unit, a water heater, and a whole house fan. The prices were reasonable and the installers were great. Today's service tech, Patricia, came to do the annual checkup on the ac unit. She was very clean, polite, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and told me what she was doing. All in all a great job.

Have been using Honeys over 15 yrs. Installed our Solar as well. Technicians do good job, provide Jonestown assessment, and are generally likeable.

Kyle was on time and courteous throughout the service. He was very knowledgeable and quick and thorough.

I had a problem with my HVAC unit. Abe came out the very next day and took a look at the system and got it running again. Very happy with the service and will be using them in the future. Thanks again Abe.
