We have been a customer of Honey Air for approximately four years and we are pleased with the service they provide. They have installed our heating/air conditioning first. No problems at all. Now they have installed dual-pane windows to our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our installers Gabriel and Alex were the utmost professional and efficient. I recommend Honey Air and Solar if you need air/heating or window replacement. They will take care of you.

Installed whole house fan and attic fan as well as heating and air system with thermostat. Products are exceptional quality. Miguel was our lead installer and was very professional and impeccable. His crew was punctual, professional and knowledgeable at their job. The entire crew were friendly and very helpful. All our questions were answered fully. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician Nick VanZant was extremely professional, on time, and detected the gas leak on our water heater. He was so good! So was Chris Hadley the time before and Chris even said goodbye to our cat using the cat’s name! Very personable service men sand I love the Honey Company so much! Also, Nick Borges our salesperson agreed to install everything we needed! Even a new water heater and a pool pump and control that we needed and Love! Now our pool’s solar system works without having to manually turn it on and off each season! This company does it all and service is fast and office staff are so very responsive and kind! Wouldn’t use Any other company!

I use Honey on a rental property for the AC unit maintenance. Their techs are on time, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. They know these AC systems very well. They'll call before getting there, and they also send a trackable link to when the tech is on his way.

Their office also is very friendly & responsive. One time I missed calling them back for a maintenance job (and my membership expired). I called them back a few days later and they still honored the visit. Their tech Paden B came and maintained the main system, and promptly fixed another AC unit that wasn't running when I requested his diagnostic.

Subsequently I signed back up the membership again because I'm super happy about the service. They are what we call a pro's pro.

Excellent services! They did a HVAC and heat installation for us. They were on time and completed the job quickly. They were very careful with our property and the staffs were friendly and polite. My overall experience with this company was wonderful and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We needed a new HVAC system & went through the Costco program for a Lennox system. Costco contracts these jobs out to Honey's Air & Solar for this region & that is how we ended up using them. The whole process was smoother than I anticipated because I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never replaced an entire system before.

I'm the type of person who has a million questions when doing something this big for the first time & Nicole was our contact at the office. She was so supportive and professional during the multiple phone calls I made at the different stages. Anytime she didn't know an answer she would find out what I needed to know and got back to me within an hour or less, usually less.

Our sales consultant, James, was knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need nor pressure us in any direction at all. He presented our options and told us the pros & cons of each option & allowed us to talk it through. I'm the type of person that if I'm pressured I'll just walk away. It was refreshing to not be pressured at all! When I had questions that came up after the consultation while waiting for our installation date, James made himself available by phone & text. He was also instrumental in getting our installation date to happen just in time for this 4th of July heatwave because we didn't have a working a/c system.

Our installation team was Haini, Nathan, and Peter. These guys were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working! As the day progressed & I saw how many moving parts there were to an entire system installation & the coordination required to do it I was in awe of how well this team worked together. They worked hard to get our system installed & running in one day. They also cleaned up so perfectly that there was no evidence they'd been there except for a new running system.

Is Honey's the cheapest way to go? Probably not. This did cost us more than we originally thought it would but I also think it's worth paying for excellent service.

I have seen the negative reviews about people's experiences with repairs or service calls 3 & 4 years after installation and if I experience anything similar in the future I will update my review. For now, we were and are happy with our experience and new system. So unless or until a future situation should cause a change, we're giving 5 stars.

On time, very professional. Explained the service. Paid for the yearly service for $200 which got me this service an upcoming fall, spring, fall service. Performed expected service which was very thorough in a timely manner. Company sent service report and invoice to my email for review. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

He is an informative professional who knows his job well.
He checked everything on our unit, from, the hot/dusty attic to outside.
We will recommend him to our friends and co-workers.

My AC wasn't able to keep the house as cool as it should have on 85° days, so I asked if they could check out my HVAC.

Tommie came by and was very thorough checking and testing both the radiator outside and my system inside. Apparently my system was overcharged with refrigerant and my filter was clogged up. We replaced the filter and he drained my refrigerant to proper levels and now everything is great!

He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what he was doing and why he was taking those steps.

A+ would recommend to anyone.

They showed me how to operate the the equipment and provided the owners manuals
