Tech fixed a code that was not allowing the heater to turn on. He believes a switch should be replaced, but was not able to have his tech support answer his call. After working on the unit and checking it, he believes unit should be okay even though Tech Support never answered 1.5 hours on hold to replace the switch at this time. My tech was going to make notes for replacement while under warranty or if it needs to be called out for repair again. I have trust in this company to keep their word if it ever needs to be replaced because they have always done a great job and great service for us in the past. My tech was awesome and professional today!

I was happy to have had Cory arrive. He was fluid in his answers while troubleshooting potential issues with the furnace in my home and left me with good peace of mind when he completed his test check maintenance.

I won the Dehart love Modesto nomination and was given a full hvac system install. I’m so happy with the work these guys did. Not only did they install a full system for me but also did the wiring and ductwork, cleaned up my front and backyard and moved a gate for me to hide my water heater behind. The team is training some new hvac techs and they were also very polite and professional. Daniel G., Dylan V., Nick O., David V., Lucas W., Dan R., and the rest of their team were amazing from start to finish. I’m very happy to know there are still trustworthy reliable companies out there. Thank you so much, the difference you made for my family and I will never be forgotten! True 5 star company! Also the office staff and the owner were so nice, knowledgeable and caring!

They installed an electric water heater for my mother. We had a complication with the unit installation. We called to report the problem and the damage it caused and they were very quick to get someone out to resolve it thoroughly! Both Mike and Richard who we worked with were very apologetic and they lived up to the name that DeHart does care about their services and customers!
