The installers did a great job, working non-stop for hours. They prepped thoroughly, kept me informed, did their best to stay out of my way, got everything done, and left my home in great shape.
The technician who showed up was one I had asked never to be sent to the house again. We had to repair the last few things he “worked on” and yet here he was again. Funny thing is he criticized the work that he had done believing someone else had been there. I was told they would only install their own disposal. However, they had to go to Home Depot once they got here to pick it up. Why couldn’t I have done this to be prepared and to speed things up? They arrived two hours after I was told they were on the way. Took approximately 40 minutes to get through the invoice/make payment. Payment was done on a phone so invoice was difficult to read. The installation was done in under a hour. The entire process took approximately 4 hours.
Jason’s 6-month service contract inspection was very thorough. I was surprised, since I did not anticipate satisfaction after reading online reviews. In my opinion, he went above and beyond both in providing service and explaining what I could do to avoid future costly issues.
I took advantage of their $67 Safety Inspection and Water Heater Flush. I figured it would be a opportunity to meet and talk with some techs and get a feel for the company. Overall I was satisfied with them and will most likely call them if I need repair or installation work in the future.
First the salesman took us to the cleaners and we explained how he did this but no word from Bell on caring. The day after installation the first thing went haywire and over the next 10 days they had to come out SIX more times for different issues - no exaggeration. This does not count the multiple times they schedule an appointment then call to reschedule it…the dirty caulk line around a grid to cover the gaping hole for the intake or the handprints on our wall about 20 feet above a stairwell I can’t reach to clean off. This is all documented and known to them. Their Quality of work is absolutely horrible and all they can come up with is send more people to fix the system, promise us it is fine, and do this all over again the next time they have to come out. Really? I can’t understand why I don’t trust these creeps. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Bell Brothers. I wish they would take their system out of here and refund our money. We were warned by a neighborhood chat group and we SO should have listened!
I have a membership and inquired about canceling and was told that my membership had to be active for the year. When I asked when my membership reached its year mark, I never got a response but the person on the emails (Gabriel) went and canceled without my consent and then sent me a bill for the difference of a previous repair. This person made the bill due date out for the day that I sent the email asking when my membership was over. How can you ask someone to pay a bill of a due date on the day of the email correspondence??? Thats basically asking me to pay something without enough notice. I shouldn't even be billed because I didn't agree to cancel anything if the email conversation is still open and I never even got an answer to my question. Now a I received something in the mail that says 'past due' but I never got an original notice of a bill and mostly NEVER OFFICIALLY AGREED TO CANCEL SINCE MY QUESTION ABOUT MY MEMBERSHIP WAS NEVER ANSWERED
I want to thank Nicolas for the great service he provided to us on 3/3/23. He was delightful, attentive and a pleasure to have in our home. Nicolas is knowledgeable and provided us with important information on how our AC unit works and provided detailed info on how he tested the unit and finally what he recommended needed to be done to keep the unit running at the optimal level. Thank you, Nicolas.
My husband and are getting up there in years and sometimes wd need things explained in simple terms. That was done. We are on a fixed income (both retired) so every discount that applies we are told about. We both feel VERY good about Bell Bros.
Paul was exceptional. Dedicated, friendly, focussed and a great communicator! He explained to me in advance what he'd be doing and shared results, possible future issues. Great service!
Service was performed and was given a good report. However, later in the afternoon the living room was getting cold, so I went to check the thermostat and found it was not working because the time and date had to be reentered. So, being in my wheelchair I was able to reach it and enter the requested information. Now I will have to watch to see if the programed time is coming on with the proper temperature at the proper time.
