From start to finish it was effortless. I made the call. Was scheduled same day and a technician was out within a few hours. The technician was professional and friendly with my kids and dog. We had a quick discussion of the issues. He worked quickly. Showed me pictures and videos of my heating system. He also made sure to clean up his mess. Overall, It was an excellent experience.
We had Tanner come out to do a tune up and we really appreciated the service he provided. He did such a good job at my mother-in-laws house that we requested him to come to ours. He is very polite, respectful of property, professional, and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE! When he left we felt very confident in what we needed done sooner than later, and what could wait a little bit. This was only the routine maintenance - yet it felt like nothing was left undone. He gave great explanations on what he was doing and sound advice on the best paths to keep everything maintained. Great experience! Highly recommend!
Other people may have had a good experience with Bell Brothers but mine was NOT good.
First 2 people showed up. Ususally it is only 1. Unusual (was this a plan to keep me busy talking so I didn't notice what the other one was doing? Probably not but it crossed my mind.)
They surprised me with "can we get in your attic to see your duct system?" No one ever mentioned that this was to be done. Since they could not go up there they just put a camera up to take pictures.
At the end they mentioned some things that were wrong. I understand there could be issues but they were tag teaming with "this is wrong" and "that is wrong". This kept going for about 10 minutes. At the end the comment was made "it could go into a whole system replace".
At this time I was completely irritated. It sounded like snake-oil salesmen taking advantage of an older woman with words to scare me.
Marvin did an outstanding job and his years of experience and knowledge of my system were very impressive. My issues were resolved very quickly because he knows what he’s doing and most importantly he has excellent “customer service “ skills. Thanks for a great job Marvin!
Bell Bros performed a 2+ hour AC system cleaning and maintenance and was vey thorough. They also clearly explained the status of my AC system and checked furnace filter as well as performing some extra work. I'm very pleased and recommend them.
Brian and Christian were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. Their friendliness was so appreciated. I will definitely be asking for them specifically in the future and could not recommend them enough. Thank you Bell Brothers for having such remarkable technicians.
I have been using Bell Brothers for 23 years. They have replaced my HVAC system twice. Once when I bought the home and again 17 years later. I had them out today for repair on the A/C unit. $99 for the diagnostic fee. I can agree with that. The gentlemen was there for only 1 hour to fix the problem. The parts were under warranty but the labor was not. I got a bill for $408 for 1 hour of labor. That is extreme. Total was $507 for 1 hour and diagnostic. I have always been happy with them and thought there fee was competitive but after today no more. I would not recommend them with fees like this.
Hired this company to do furnace preventive maintenance of my 20+ year old system. Technician was punctual, professional, and very knowledgable. Took a lot of pictures and explained how the various issues he found impacted the efficiency and functioning of the system, which I found extremely helpful. A second rep also came along and was able to give me quotes on replacement options, which was very efficient since I am in the market for a replacement.
They were professional and very nice. They introduced themselves, explained their process, asked a few pertinent questions and proceeded to inspect the system. When finished they explained all the tests performed and showed me pictures of the meter results and explained their significance. I believe they were thorough. I would recommend them.
