I had a broken water main into the house by a car ran into my house. Bell bros responded within an hour with the tech Scott .He was able to restore water to the house within 2hrs with excellent work and repair. Very knowledgeable and professional and personable. He made the situation He had under control very reassuring. Great job.

We've had Bell Brothers help us with everything from HVAC inspections to main water shut off valve replacement and their professional techs perform quality work each time. Most recently Eddie came out and helped us solve a couple of plumbing issues we had - he was great! Explained everything, provided two estimates for different scopes of work, and then did a beautiful job on the repair. We'd definitely ask for him again!
Pleasant, not pushy. They were clean and they kept tightly to their time schedule. The guys that came to our place were excellent. I know that any time you call a service company to fix things they are going to tell you that you need this and that, so we expect it. This time it really was not much and of course I didn't bite. Surprisingly they told me I didn't need to replace the air filter yet (I'd replaced it two months ago but the other HVAC companies ALWAYS replaced the air filter without asking, needed or not, and then charged double the price of a filter). That's worth five points for Bell Brothers.
I do think I might buy into their monthly service. I never ever do that as I hate having more monthly/subscription payments so I need time to ruminate. The value seems great but I'll have to do more research. Bottom line, I do recommend these people to come and do what they did for us today; check our HVAC, do a thorough cleaning, and check multiple points in the system including the output and condenser. It took them 90min.

We paid over 3k to have repairs done on our A/C - furnace. 3 months later no A/C. 3 different workers came out no one could diagnose the problem. Now we are told minimum $1500 to locate problem then price of repair. Waiting on management to phone us. Will follow up with outcome.

As a result, one of the water heaters has been replaced and I have had a kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet installed. I have interacted with 2 inspectors and 2 installers. They were great young people. They explained what they were doing as well as their conclusions clearly and effectively. My house was left spotless after their work. For scheduling, I interacted with several office staff, who were pleasant and effective. I am delighted with the service I have received from Bell Brothers.
My technician, Nicholas, was thorough and efficient with a can do, chill demeanor. He quickly deescalated my anxiety and calmly figured out the problem, which had nothing to do with my heating system itself. It had just been serviced and I was very worried something had broken. It was my electric panel and I was able to get that quickly fixed and back to my project in a warm house. Thank you for your quick response Bell Brothers. Your loyalty program is well worth it!
I was excited to be recommended the Bell Brother has I had heard and read positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the level of service we received from the Bell Brothers.
Prior to scheduling an appointment, a family friend was able to share specific things to ask and look for when the technician came - specifically hooking up tools to check for functional levels of Freon in the unit.
We had a scheduled an appointment to have a technician come to give a quote to fix our ac unit a specific time of 12pm. However, the technician arrived at 5pm and was not provided any updates unless I texted requesting an update.
The technician was at my home for all of 20 minutes and gave the recommendation to replace my entire unit for estimated 15k, WITHOUT validating any functionality of the unit! He did not hook up an equipment to the unit yet his recommendation was to replace the unit. He was pushy and was ready for my husband to approve the work. My husband had to tell him multiple times that he needed to consult me.
I was charged $99 for a technician to come out, not run any diagnostics or functionality testing on my ac unit, and inform me I need a whole new unit- when in fact, I have a small leak and there at other possible repair options.
I will be reaching out to the office directly to seek a refund for the lack of service I received.
I've been a Bell Brothers member for two years now and have never regretted it. They're very prompt, efficient, great to outline issues and potential services but are never pushy. I feel like they are a partner in the ongoing maintenance of my home. The employees on the phones are always polite and the technicians are always professional. And wheny water heater went out in the middle of winter they were out to check it same day and had a new water heater installed in 24 hours. I'd say it's hard to find good help, but I did and it was easy. Thank you Bell Brothers!
