Bell Brothers Plumbing Heating, & Air

I have done a lot business with Bell Brothers in the last 3 years over $40,000.00 worth and was happy with the work. Until they got payed upfront via a loan they setup so they got payed before the work was finished! Many phone calls to their C/S and still not finished started in May 2023 now it’s July 2023. Don’t ever pay our let them set a lone for you where they get the money before the work is finished to your satisfaction. Terrible cement finish work.

Austin did a fantastic job! He went above and did the ‘extra’ to make sure the work was done correctly. He was courteous and explained everything carefully to make sure I understood exactly what he was going to do and the cost. He was patient with my questions. Maybe the best tech that I’ve had over many years of dealing with service professionals. Bell follows up to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Austin made sure of that before he left. Excellent work.

What has happened to Bell Brothers? As a client for 19 years, I have come to expect better. I made a plumbing appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance, for Thursday, January 26. No show; no contact; 5 hours waiting time wasted. "So sorry, sir; we'll be there on Saturday, January 28." Again, no show and no contact. 10 hours waiting time wasted. After speaking to a rep this morning, January 30, I was assured that the plumbing manager would call me right back. No call. Strike 3.

Excellent customer service!!! My air conditioner went out and Bell Brothers was able to get someone out the next day even though it is a very busy time of year for them. Tanner was so helpful and courteous with amazing attention to detail.

He was kind and courteous. He assured me that he would come check out my system and he did. He did an excellent job by giving me a pictures and showing me my system. I enjoyed having him around the house to check my attic, my air conditioning he did a really good job outstanding thank you send it back again.

II give a shout out for outstanding service from Anthony Vannata , Very excellent service. Introduced me to the ability to have service of doors, plumbing, all sort of household improvements your company has - he also has me sold on the Bell Brothers program to become a member. I was very interested in that , and may eventually purchase also sliding glass door duct cleaning , multiple service I need. He explain the benefits pf being a ,,member which is interesting to me , just financially have not made the move to become one ,when I do decide invest in membership I will want Antony to get the credit and for future work I need I would like Anthony to be the service member I would like to work on my home projects . He spoke very highly of your company I felt he was very loyal and honest employee. He is a very good worker and hard worker. You picked a good employee to represent your company

Our serviceman was Adam. He arrived promptly and was so courteous and polite! He did an extensive cleaning on our a/c unit! We were so impressed with this young man. Always wearing booties to protect our flooring! We have been so impressed with Bell Brothers and have referred their services to all our family and friends!!! Thank-you!!!!!
