Bell Brothers Plumbing Heating, & Air

Max called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time, checked/tuned up my AC. He even replace my old thermostat with a new one! It’s worth to have Bell Brother’s membership. Thank you Max.

Not the usual service we receive from Bell Brothers. The technician didn’t check our indoor filters. See attached photo. He also asked if we wanted him to check out system from in the attic instead of just doing it as I would expect.

Bell Brothers has been excellent. They came today to check our heating. We complained about the amount of dust we had. The service rep gave us a VERY GOOD explanation. It’s not the heater but where our bedroom is compared to the intact. Thank you.

I used Bell Brothers 12 years ago for an inspection that they charged me over $100.00 for.. no work done at all!!!!.they tried to sell me a brand new unit.. mine was old, granted, but it is still working today without ANY help from Bell Bros!!! They want me to pay over $20,000.00 for a new unit!! Mine is still working. But old and I will replace it but with a reputable company who is only asking half and / or less than half what Bell Bros is asking!!!!! for a "lenox", "Trane" or "American Standard" Unit.

Anthony was our service technician to preform our annual a/c maintenance. He was right on time and did a very thorough review of our system. He made several helpful recommendations which we will follow up on as a courtesy He repaired the broken latches on our a/c cover. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He is a credit to your company.

The technician was excellent... But charging $367 for a "Air Scrubber" bulb that can be purchased on Amazon for $115 is a bit over the top..... And, they will always attempt to up-sell some component or service... They have good technicians, but parts are excessively overpriced.... I'll be changing the next burned out bulb myself....

This was a scheduled annual heating maintenance service. No problems prior to this service. After service, the condensation pipe is now leaking in 3 places and there were leftover parts, a cut piece of pvc and debris laying on the floor. After calling to report the problem, the same technician returned to fix it yet it has not stopped leaking. A third call got me a different technician who stated he didn’t have the parts and they would be ordered and a new appointment will be set. As for them touting “ the no surprise guys” I AM surprised how bad a job they did. 2/11/2023

Dominic Bertuccelli, service tech came to do regular maintenance service on my HVAC unit. He is the most thorough and informative tech I have seen yet. Dominic took the time to explain & show the pictures of everything he inspected, all techs should follow his example. Very personable & respectful. Would like to give him 10 Star review!!

We have had our HVAC systems and water heaters installed by Bell Brosthers in the past. So why not look into their windows. Felipe came out and demonstrated the efficiency of the windows. We had received quotes for other windows and the price was not reasonable. We were impressed by the price Bell Brothers quoted us so we moved forward. The crew who installed the windows were professional, very courteous, took great care to cover our floors and rugs, and worked efficiently as a team to complete the work. I can't say enough about how easy they were to work with.
We are very happy with the quality and look of our new windows. So glad we called Bell Bros to handle this project for us.

Once again, Bell Brothers delivered exceptional service. Our technician was kind and professional.
